John was our project manager and told us the whole job should take 4 weeks to complete. The project started in October 2021 and took 6 months to "complete." They never actually completed the job: the punch list was not finished, our home was not cleaned, and we are not satisfied with the work. The zero entry shower was not sloped correctly, meaning water just flowed out of the shower stall into the bathroom and bedroom so it had be redone. The first subcontractor was FIRED after continuously missing deadlines and causing damage to our home to include conducting wall texturing in our living room without protecting any of the furniture or decor. Ultimately, the second subcontractor refused to come back to finish the job and we were told it would take EE&G some time to find someone to finish the work. This was after 6 months of having people in our home for this project. We opted to just end our relationship with them even though they did not complete the project. Even after we thought we were done interacting with this company, we received a text from the second subcontractor who told us that he was putting a lien on our home because EE&G did not pay him adequately.

Their employees were simply exceptional - friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They removed the water and detected mold behind the floor boards and drywall, as this clearly wasn't the first time the bathtub leaked.
