He displayed major signs of being misogynistic in my face. He is a very dishonest person. He tested our home, said it was clear of mold & the amount was safe to live in by him and upper management. Then I had an EM Property inspection from Miami come and twice found well over "Four thousand" counts of Mold, black Mold being one of Stachybotrys that had been making me ill till this day the treatment a person has to face. He told me my unit was cluttered, which was one reason why mold was found. But safe to live IN! I was there less than three months after moving in and organized the whole unit as a transfer from one mold unit to this one! I was sick then repacking and was treated awfully with such disrespect! Beyond anything I've ever seen with a company. Mr Timothy/Owner was hired the first time over a year ago in another unit that had the roof done major water damage leaks in other parts of the third floor unit... Then lies the very first time for Boca Colony Dr!! They treat humans inhumane I'm appalled how they have gotten away with lying to innocent sick people not knowing they are being affected by Mold. Do not trust this company at all They work for management to cover up the lies about Mold! John was our project manager and told us the whole job should take 4 weeks to complete. The project started in October 2021 and took 6 months to "complete." They never actually completed the job: the punch list was not finished, our home was not cleaned, and we are not satisfied with the work. The zero entry shower was not sloped correctly, meaning water just flowed out of the shower stall into the bathroom and bedroom so it had be redone. The first subcontractor was FIRED after continuously missing deadlines and causing damage to our home to include conducting wall texturing in our living room without protecting any of the furniture or decor. Ultimately, the second subcontractor refused to come back to finish the job and we were told it would take EE&G some time to find someone to finish the work. This was after 6 months of having people in our home for this project. We opted to just end our relationship with them even though they did not complete the project. Even after we thought we were done interacting with this company, we received a text from the second subcontractor who told us that he was putting a lien on our home because EE&G did not pay him adequately.

The quote explicitly stated: "The replacement water heater can be installed either in the attic space where the existing one currently is (provided it fits in the attic access), or it can be installed in the garage. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. I requested that the water heater be installed in the garage, as explicitly stated in the signed quote. Climate Experts refused, claiming the situation was not as expected and that installation in the garage would cost more than the quoted and paid amount. Here's the full picture: Scheduling: Installers no-showed on the first scheduled date with no proactive communication. I had to call after they were already outside the arrival window to find out they weren't coming. Tile demo and dust: When installers discovered tile under the carpet, we were quoted a "worst case scenario" additional cost of $1,600 on top of the original $1,414.47. What they didn't mention was that the demo crew would leave every surface in our entire home -- upstairs, downstairs, soft furnishings, drapes, and our HVAC system -- coated in fine silica dust. No containment, no warning, no protection of any kind. This isn't just a mess, it's a serious health hazard. Even the lead demo worker acknowledged as he was leaving that he wouldn't be happy if it were his house. "Making it right": The company promised to make it right with a cleaning and a painter for the damaged walls and stairs. At no point during this process did anyone mention we would be charged for these remediation services. We have doorbell camera footage of the painter telling his worker that the flooring company was paying him -- not us. The cleaning was incomplete, with silica dust remaining on soft surfaces and in the HVAC. Surprise invoice: After carpet was finally installed, we received an invoice with a painter line item exceeding $1,000 -- no prior quote, no agreement, no breakdown. The work took under 2 hours and does not look good (bad sanding, one coat of paint - see through). We are going to get quotes to have it redone. The owner also revealed $200 of that line item was his personal fee for "coordinating" the painter. Threats: When my husband called to dispute the painter charge, the owner threatened small claims court if the full invoice wasn't paid within days, rather than engaging in any good-faith discussion. We are willing to pay what we actually agreed to despite the damage done to our home and belongings. Instead, we've been met with threats. Arthur failed to provide itemized cost breakdown as requested. Arthur failed to provide contractor license numbers as requested. Arthur subsequently sent a second threat for small claims court, followed by a threat to file a lien against our property. I mailed a letter and check for $2,329.14 (the total for what we had actually discussed), which was cashed. Arthur sent another letter threatening small claims again for the painter line item. On top of all of this, the carpet on the stairs looks like garbage. It is shedding all over even after vacuuming, the corners are popping out. We purchased the most expensive carpet option he showed us. I would give anything to go back in time and just leave the old carpet. This has not been an improvement to our home. This has been a nightmare.
