Then I had an EM Property inspection from Miami come and twice found well over "Four thousand" counts of Mold, black Mold being one of Stachybotrys that had been making me ill till this day the treatment a person has to face. He told me my unit was cluttered, which was one reason why mold was found. But safe to live IN! I was there less than three months after moving in and organized the whole unit as a transfer from one mold unit to this one! I was sick then repacking and was treated awfully with such disrespect! Beyond anything I've ever seen with a company. Mr Timothy/Owner was hired the first time over a year ago in another unit that had the roof done major water damage leaks in other parts of the third floor unit... John was our project manager and told us the whole job should take 4 weeks to complete. The project started in October 2021 and took 6 months to "complete." They never actually completed the job: the punch list was not finished, our home was not cleaned, and we are not satisfied with the work. The zero entry shower was not sloped correctly, meaning water just flowed out of the shower stall into the bathroom and bedroom so it had be redone. The first subcontractor was FIRED after continuously missing deadlines and causing damage to our home to include conducting wall texturing in our living room without protecting any of the furniture or decor. Ultimately, the second subcontractor refused to come back to finish the job and we were told it would take EE&G some time to find someone to finish the work. This was after 6 months of having people in our home for this project. We opted to just end our relationship with them even though they did not complete the project. Even after we thought we were done interacting with this company, we received a text from the second subcontractor who told us that he was putting a lien on our home because EE&G did not pay him adequately.
