I'm a licensed contractor and every time I walk in this store everyone has made a savvy attempt at learning my name. It also usually doesn't take more than moments to get some help finding something. On the other hand if u have half a day to waist u can go stand at lowes and never get talked to or a hand loading up $500 in tar paper or someone to grab the $200 door u just bought. I try to always go to arrow lumber because this is a good crew and fair pricing on everything. From trex to 2x lumber to paint. Give a call if u r not certain they will have what u need. An intelligent human with experience within the store will answer and let u know. Even steer u in a direction if they don't.

The issue is that during delivery our brand new vinyl floor was torn pretty badly in a couple of spots and now needs to be replaced as it's in a wet area and can't be left exposed like it is, accidents happen and we understand. We were contacted by their insurance company about opening a claim for repair and that has gone nowhere. We sent them an a quote from a flooring company almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back, we've sent numerous follow emails and we're just being ignored. Just know that if anything does go wrong, they use Broadspire for insurance claims and you will likely never get your money back or get the damage fixed.

As we are a business we had a specific time we needed the stain because we have to close our business while we stain the deck. We ordered in plenty of time and the stain arrived as expected. The issue is that we ordered a specific quantity but by the time we could get to the store to pick up the stain they had sold 2 of the 8 gallons ordered. This puts us in a bind because we can't get more stain in time. This is truly poor customer service. I don't know why you would sell stain from a customer's order. Now we will have to make 6 gallons work where we needed 7. Very disappointing.
