I speak from only limited experience, and as a renter of one month's time --- but my experience with CCM has been good so far. The rental application process was handled quickly and with efficiency. I received my entrance sticker with minimal effort. I have made one e-mailed request to ask for assistance next week with an item for bulk pick-up. I received an e-mail response within an hour or so, followed about a half hour later by a personal visit from the maintenance gentleman who will giving the assistance. As I said, so far ...... so good. read more

Unprofessional and dismissive experience. Back in January 2025, I submitted all requested documentation to Brittany Romero regarding my account. She confirmed the issue was resolved, even stating in writing: "My boss and I have fixed your account and this has been resolved... going forward this should not be an issue again." A check was issued, and I was assured everything was taken care of. Now months later, I log into the portal and see a balance with no prior notice. I reached out again and was told -- by Ms. Romero this time -- that the account is "taken care of" once more. But no one has explained what happened behind the scenes, why the issue came back, or taken any responsibility for the confusion. There was no transparency, no breakdown of the error, and no real accountability. I submitted everything that was asked of me months ago, followed all instructions, and yet the issue silently resurfaced with no clarity. This level of communication and lack of professionalism is extremely frustrating. If something goes wrong, customers deserve an explanation -- not dismissive responses and vague reassurances. read more

The worst - absolute worst company. The employees do not care. They barely respond to emails and when they do, it's one word answers. They don't care about us homeowners. We're a nuisance to them. I never had such a bad experience with any company. Trash! Their HOA services are trash. They just got bought out by Grant Mgmt and hopefully they weed out the bad actors read more

I don't believe these people who leave 5 star ratings this is the WORST property management company we have ever used. They have been where I live for 10 years and they have just about destroyed our community. They don't follow any of our rules and do what they want. They will LIE to the board of directors and say anything they want to hear just to get out of answering for their actions. And then NEVER deliver on anything they say.. DO NOT give these people any MONEY FOR PROJECTS until they deliver or you will be OUT of your money with NO RESULTS. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

They need to assist residents not constantly constrain them. They do not even provide handicapped parking for those who need it. They spend much too much time telling us don't do this, don't do that, instead of helping us be comfortable in these units. I could go on and on. read more

I'm not sure who is leaving good reviews for this company but it absolutely cannot be from the perspective of a board member. Our community hired CCM after transitioning from Campbell who was also terrible as a management company. We never thought there would be a worse experience than with Campbell who did little to nothing for us but CCM proved us wrong on that very quickly. We had an AWFUL experience with this company overall from start to finish. They were poor partners in working with us on any of our initiatives and because of that, we got little to nothing accomplished in 2019. We as volunteer members were working triple hard to do work that they should have been doing as a management company. They switched out our property manager to Jeff who literally did nothing for us in the 3 months as our PM other than pick up some applications. We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience and as such, elected to hire a new management company 1/1/2020. Once CCM was made aware of that, they basically stopped answering any emails (specifically Jeff and the owner Jim) or doing any work for us although they were still on our payroll through 12/31/19. We held so many meetings with this "management company" (if you can even call them that) to advise them of our pain points and areas that needed attention. They would "yes" us at every meeting and make it seem like things would turn around and they just never did. This company is all talk and you will literally be throwing away precious association dollars for nothing if you hire them. You are better off figuring out how to manage yourself than to hire these people. I STRONGLY advise against it, I'd literally hire ANY other company before them. Stay far far away, that is my geniune and truthful opinion after a long year of headaches and stress trying to get these people to do their jobs. I typically don't post reviews online, especially ones such as this but after what we've experienced, I feel it is my duty to warn others. read more

Horrible company, just horrible. Our property manager just made constant excuses for everything and anything. Everything and I mean everything was, it will be done in 4 weeks, ha what a joke. After 16 months we fired them and we could not be happier making that decision. They don't even get 1 star they are that bad but I am forced to at least give them 1 in order to make this post. read more

The money collected from all of the homeowners - literally doesn't show on any maintenance being done - Black olive trees should be removed, causing damages to vehicle of owner parking spot - and also causing a lot of spiders to sneak inside the cars. I have contacted Broward County and they said they have been waiting on payment, and for management response - spent money on excessive car maintenance and as homeowner have the right to my designated parking spot as I agreed where it is when purchased property. I have also made several complaints and my child end up hospitalized recently because of spider bites. Also, community needs to paint front doors , place looking poor and looks abandoned. Laundry room always have a bad smell - very nasty and its bad enough having to wait hours or until next day to be able to have a turn to wash your clothes for so many people. It is only right owners have plenty of time in advance to know when the next board meeting is held. I found out there was a meeting same day and I had already missed the time it was being held. Who is taking care of overnight parking security and towing? CCM was quick to tow my vehicle AFTER NOTIFYING office I was not able to make it to office to get decal- I WAS AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN PARKING ONLY IN MY PARKING SPOT- you guys caused me my job loss for a whole day- and caused my child to be late to school- MONEY WAS SPENT ON GETTING MY CAR BACK , HAD TO PAY FOR RIDES, AND LOSS WAGES... AND MY PEACE OF MIND COMPLETELY LOST WITH THIS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM/STAFF. I am a new homeowner here at the community and starting to regret having to purchase and agree to so much HOA fees especially if OWNERS SEEM TO NOT BE A PRIORITY. read more

They are terrible, I wish we had our old property management co. back.... DO NOT HIRE THEM.... They take forever to replace a light-bulb. Everytime I call them, it takes almost a week and we have to be in the dark on our sidewalks. They don't put the residents as priority. And twice I've heard the workers cursing, f this, F that... loudly, like they are so low-class....and this is when they are in hearing distance of people, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I hope our condos hire a new company, and dispose of them...worst!!!! read more

We have been waiting for a response from this property management company for over four weeks regarding when our townhome was tented for termites. So unprofessional, they said they were looking into it. Still haven't heard back from them. If you are looking for a management company for your community DO NOT use this company. They are horrible. read more

They never respond to emails, They also have horrible office hours. Yet never bother updated it online when they change it. They dont give the new home owners any booklet saying what they can or cant modify on their land. Plus god forbid you send in a request to modify your home, theyll take an eternity to respond. As for what they do with the HOA money, they spend it on neatless things like ripping out flowers and plants every season just to change up the look. Not because they died. They also only take care of their land that faces the streets. so that patch of land they own behind your house thats not viewable from the street is usually all dirt and sand, with trash blown in. If I could eliminate them from controlling my neighborhood I would. Dont buy a house controlled by this or any HOA! read more

I agree with the above reviewer. Actually, if I could give them -5 stars, I would! They run a terrible business with 0 customer service at their office. The office staff is rude and one time they said to me "All I care about is taking your money." True quote. The maintenance guy on site, Barney, is a nice guy and very responsive if you contact him directly. But forget reporting anything to the office. Everytime I call, I get put on hold for 2+ minutes with no explanation that there will be a wait. Their office hours suck...they think that none of the condo owners have to work! They open at 9 and close at 4 or 4:30pm. They expect us to take time off work to go to their office?? Where do we get the money to pay the da*n maintenance fee if you don't let us go to work??! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and follow up. The property manager does not respond to email and does not answer the phone. It takes months of emails and phone calls to get anything fixed. The contractor that they use is just as terrible, and always replies that he is not in the office right now but he will take down your information and call you back. Never calls back. Being kind and courteous with them is of no benefit. Just go straight to legal representation. read more

This is one of the worst management companies that I have to deal with. And I have dealt with a lot in the various properties that I have purchased in the past. For them to approve the sale, it took various calls & emails to get through.. then after purchase, it took over 2/3 weeks to get a hold of someone to be told that since I didn't get the HOA docs rules and regulations at closing from the owner, i had to pay for it or go to the Broward website.. I am not looking forward to deal with them again, when my tenant needs to be approved.. but from my previous dealings and other reviews, it seems it will be an hassle too.. Horrible Horrible. read more

I have been working with Ms. White for about 5 months as our property manager from CCM. She has been responsive and generally on the ball. Being new to the Board I appreciate what she has done for me and the Board of the HOA. read more

I want to start off with the property here looks nice, but the customer service is beyond appalling. On March 11,2019 I paid for a parking decal expecting it was for a year time. Today I spent my morning retrieving my car from a towing company. Then when I approached the HOA they stated that the decal I got was only good for 30 days. At no time did they explain that. Now I'm having to pay for another parking decal with no reparation for paying a towing charge today. Since consolidation community management doesn't have a good system in place or communication. In summary they lack customer service skills. Hope this helps someone in the future when dealing with this not so nice business. read more

Beware of assigned property manager who releases personal information regarding homeowners to outside vendors (and god knows who else).

A vague parking rules memo left on everyone door threatening to tow cars in noncompliance . Frequent request for clarification ignored leaving owners and quests with no idea if cars are parked appropriately. One owners car towed 3 times already yet no indication as to comply with rules. Seems interpretation is based on the tow truck driver view, and, considering they get paid to tow, that's what they do. read more

They are very attentive and work for the clients. Carolina, the property manager is very sweet and always on top of her communication. I really appreciate them following up with the board to expedite approvals. It is good when the board and management team is in sync and connected in a community. read more

This company takes our money and provides lousy service in return. Avoid at all costs.

Has to be the worst community association handler our community has ever had. The guy Jeff was so rude and did nothing when they were in error over a matter. I honestly cant believe this guy has a job. At all. Hands down one of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. read more

I tried to give zero stars. They think they own the place with the rules but show absolutely no interest in maintaining the grounds. The place they manage, Holly Ct in Tamarac has gone seriousely downhill after they took ove. They are non responsive to maintainance issues. They think they are the owners of a slum with the way they treat teh OWNERS of the condos. I am recommending at the next board meeting we the OWNERS fire them and possibly sue them for neglegence. read more

Great customer service. Maria Emilia was great explaining everything, setting expectations in a very friendly manner.

I own several condo units that are managed by Consolidated Community Management. These company is HORRIBLE. I feel sorry for the incompetence and inefficiency of the people that work there. From the receptionist to the accountant to the person that collects and reviews applications, they are all incompetent personnel that do not know how to work. They lost more that one money order I have provided. They made me go back and forth with papers that are not specified on their applications. They are never available. They do not answer calls or email. etc. If you want to complicate your life, try working with them. read more

Horrible service. Never ever answer a phone , never ever answer emails. Seven months ago my husband buy a property in Sands Points cash, this apt belong to him. This association send to towing company to take my car, once he buy the Apt he fill out all the papers including the registration of his car and mine, instead of that i visited the office today to talk about my situation, nobody was taking care about the costumers. Last night i went to looking for my car and i nwas treat like garbage in a place so insecure and i paid 250 dollares after 2 hours looking for this place, so the service horrible. This association is mierda. My car was taking because they even having all those papers for months they said i need to pay more money, of course i refuse after i was treat like garbage. Please somebody do something because they are ladrones only wants to take the money of the people...The lady in the reception do not paid attention to the costumer. I want to remind those employees , that they have job for all the people that live in those condominium.. I deserve better treatment and better services for those ineptos que solo quieren robarle el dinero a uno y ademas de eso ni siquiera se toman la molestia de contestar un email. Wow, Im an owner at Monte carlo townhomes in margate, ccm is the worst community mangement i ever work with. I moved in the community since 2009. in 2019 i decided to rent my unit because i relocate to Georgia. when my first tenant moved out, the community gave the tenant the deposit without contacting me where i have to redo 3 bathrooms and change the floor because my previous tenant trash the unit. Now i find a new tenant to rent my place its been about 2 months since im waiting for an approval no one can tell me what going on. but in the by law it stated that if the board is not taking a decision by 30 days of the application it is an automatic approval. i never see so many incompetent peoples who are working for this company. Scott if you can do your job Amazon is hiring. So many incompetent board member where they cannot take a decision without a president. you need to answer the phone because my lawwyer is about to call and you pay me for all month my house is not rent out because of all those idiots who are n the board of CCM. read more

Zero stars. Carolina the "Application Manager" claimed she couldn't find contact information for my realtor. Meanwhile it's right on the sales contract and there is something called the internet. Everytime I call it's straight to voice mail. No one ever calls back. Placing a work order online goes unanswered as well.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They think that they are the experts. They want to take over and not discuss anything with you because they think that you are stupid and everyone always needs "to be educated". They don't want to give personal service. They want everything to be done via email and not all unit owners are internet savvy. Poor communication with all Board Members. They have their favorite few who think they are wonderful because they don't want to be bothered with unit owners ringing their phone or doorbell and they only deal with that person. Unprofessional owner who does what he wants to at board meetings and did not follow agenda. Do Not Hire Them. They are a fancy outside package with no substance. You will not have one manager who has the individual power to help,. The Boss micromanages everything. read more

They are awful! Jeff does not respond to any emails unless you have to threaten to go to the President of the company. I have waited 6 weeks for 3 gate remotes to be activated when I have lived at this community for 4 years. All because they did not submit my renewed lease agreement to the Board when they were supposed to. The prior management company did a great job and did this timely when my lease was renewed. So now I have asked for the umpteenth time if they received by Certificate of Approval from the Board and I heard back that they have it and that I need to pick it up. Seriously? I have now asked them to email it to me so I can personally give it to the community's manager and have my gate remotes finally activated! Of course, second day and no response. I have had to go through the visitor's side of the entrance gates and wait in long lines just to enter my community as a resident! Absolutely unprofessional. read more

Worst community management experience I have ever had. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. Have been attempting to contact the company for over 30 days in regards to safety issues in my neighborhood. Never heard back from them. After my family and property has been at physical and legal risk with no response from them I had to protect myself and install a privacy fence to keep out trespassers and reported peeping toms in the neighborhood. And now all of a sudden they send me a notice to take my fence down or they will take legal action against me for protecting my family and my property! read more

The customer service is amazing, all the new changes taking place are quite noticeable! 0 stars. Unprofessional, unresponsive, irresponsible. No regard for safety or maintenance of properties. No regard for customer service. No idea how they are in business. Tamarac office customer service the worst. Recommending at next board meeting a change in management company. After they took over our property this July it has been a mess-both physically and organizationally. Contact complaints from my tenants. Common grounds not maintained, hurricane shutters not put up, unlicensed and unprofessional maintenance staff but the property management is to blame. Had hurricane two weeks ago and they still haven't put the exterior lights in the building back on my tenant said that's the least of their wrongdoings. Highly recommend you don't use this company. read more

I tried leaving ZERO stars also. This Management Company (if you want to call it that) is the worst ever. Carolina and Carmen are useless. Carolina puts Carmen on the phone in the middle of my conversation with her. Since Carolina speaks poor English and clearly as her second language, I'm guessing she couldn't understand plain English. Matt at lease will call back one week later which isn't great service either but it's better then nothing. Here's the other problem with Matt, he can't seem to get things done. I've been asking him for over 2 months now to have the decorative wood in front of my unit fixed. I keep getting the same story from him - yea yea we're gonna fix it. PS - 2 1/2 months later - no fix. They don't return e-mails or calls. They act like they own the place and enjoy being in a position of power against us, not for us. I'm just trying to rent our unit for the 1st time. We're new at this and new with CCM. Wow - if first impressions are important, these 3 really blew it for CCM. My prospective tenant sends a package to Carolina, carolina sends e-mail back stating that she received everything. Prospective tenant calls back one week later getting nervous that Feb 1st (her move in date) is nearing. Is told by Carolina that the package was never received - really? We have proof in a return e-mail you sent where you confirmed receipt of the package. I tell both Carolina and Carmen that tenant has nowhere to go if they can't move in Feb 1st. Carmen says " sorry - this is the process". I asked if she could expedite it. Her answer was "no - we can't do that". What kind of business are they running here - monkey business? I will petition and fight to have this horrible Management Company removed from our association. The word is that we had them years ago, replaced them with a much better company but went back because they were cheaper. You get what you pay for folks. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!! read more

CCM has been managing my HOA for 6 years and I've been very happy with the quality of the service and the value my HOA has received. I have been on the board for about 14 years. I've seen many property management company's promise and not deliver however CCM delivers what they promise and I'm shocked to read the bad reviews posted. Often times when a resident is not get their desired outcome from the property management company they get annoyed with the company rather than their own board of directors who actually set the rules. The property management company only enforces the rules and procedures the boards puts in place. My HOA gets a weekly property inspections with door hangers used for violations along with the necessary follow-up. We get timely accounting reports and CCM works closely with the collections attorney so that our issues are dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend CCM to any board member needing to decide on a property management company. read more
