Maryann P is our property manager and she has, whenever possible, responded quickly to development and owner concerns. She had a roofer and clean-up crew here almost immediately after Irma last year. And other repairs occur timely. The offices are located just east of University on McNab which is convenient for us but I understand she manages 35 developments so I'm not sure where the others are located. As I had a "mega" property management company at my last development in NC, I don't know how they compare to others in the area but this being a smaller company, the hours are a little limited (9 - 5 M - Th with lunch from 12 - 1, closed Fridays). If I need assistance during the week, calling needs to occur during their hours but Maryann is responsive to email. If you are looking, give them a call.

Unprofessional and dismissive experience…read more Back in January 2025, I submitted all requested documentation to Brittany Romero regarding my account. She confirmed the issue was resolved, even stating in writing: "My boss and I have fixed your account and this has been resolved... going forward this should not be an issue again." A check was issued, and I was assured everything was taken care of. Now months later, I log into the portal and see a balance with no prior notice. I reached out again and was told -- by Ms. Romero this time -- that the account is "taken care of" once more. But no one has explained what happened behind the scenes, why the issue came back, or taken any responsibility for the confusion. There was no transparency, no breakdown of the error, and no real accountability. I submitted everything that was asked of me months ago, followed all instructions, and yet the issue silently resurfaced with no clarity. This level of communication and lack of professionalism is extremely frustrating. If something goes wrong, customers deserve an explanation -- not dismissive responses and vague reassurances.

Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I highly recommend Ben from Icon Management for anyone looking for a Management and Brokerage firm. DM Celebration, FL

I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
