I showed up on a Saturday morning and was immediately helped. The staff was super friendly, and able to find the right size for my ring while also taking into account finger size fluctuations. The whole resizing, rhodium dipping experience took about and hour. The store is on the second floor of a building which has elevator access. Everyone was super nice and I'm so happy the ring fits and looks brand new. I will definitely be returning for other jewelry needs!
