I'm glad that we made the drive across the bridge because it was 100% worth it. My daughter's treatment was virtually painless. I remember going 2-3 days eating nothing but pudding, spaghetti and jello and at the most she had an hour or 2 of just being mildly uncomfortable. While I had chewed down Advil like they were Altoids - she never needed anything for her pain. Most importantly her new smile is AMAZING. Her teeth are perfect! And GONE are the days of the retainer that looks like a wire across the front teeth. New retainers are like Invisalign! I always ask her if she has it in because I can't even see it until I'm up close. Dr. Rosenberg is very interesting to talk to and very concerned with his patients experiences at his practice. His staff is friendly and caring. They were very good to my daughter for every one of her visits. Doctor Rosenberg made sure we fully understood the whole process and his office staff was great about schedule changes if we needed them. Payment options were available as well, and we did receive a discount for paying in full. When it's my son's turn - we'll definitely take him to Dr. Rosenberg!

Dr. Patel is an excellent orthodontist whose close attention to detail, personal comfort, and…read moreservice are beyond compare! I went through braces for myself in my teens, my four children in this local area much more recently, and now I am again dealing with for myself as an adult. This is a completely different experience. Brand new spotless, modern office with attention to details--like iPods in the waiting room to use if you wait--I have never waited yet!!--and TV's in the exam room to make you comfortable if you wish. It is anything but the production line I have experienced in the other orthodontics offices I have been in. I chose her initially because she is newer to the area and a woman, and as a woman physician myself, I am always interested in giving young women professionals a chance. I am so very glad I did!! Could not have asked for better in any way you look at it! Give Dr. Patel and her staff a thumbs up, and my highest recommendation!!

From the initial consultation there was no pressure to have her in braces right away as some other providers suggested. Dr. Fishman advised she start in braces 9-12 months after the initial visit and the entire process has been seamless. The hygienists explain everything really well. Dr. Fishman is very thorough and gets along great with the kids. The front desk always lets you know the approximate length of your next visit - they've been incredibly accurate, which makes it easier to plan your schedule. STAY FAR AWAY! I wish I could give "Dr." Fazzino less than one star. I put his profession in quotes…read morebecause giving him the label of doctor would be a insult to other physicians who actually treat and care for their patients. This office is unorganized and their communication is nonexistent. No one seems to be talking to one another. As a patient, I want to be able to feel as though I can trust my doctor. The "care" that my child received with Dr. Fazzino showed me that his one concern was money. He talks fast and is all about the cash. My child's braces were paid in full to this predator. Whenever I had a issue with a bracket breaking or anything he could NEVER address it in a timely way. My child once waited over a month to have a bracket repaired and this cost valuable time in the treatment process and then would blame my child for not doing what was needed. Fazzino is a narcissistic blow hard who accepts zero responsibility for his negligence. I have since switch Orthodontics despite the enormous cost of switching. My eyes have been opened to the botched work he's done. I'm just glad I was able to get out of there in time before anymore damage had been done but this despicable Fazzino. My child is my priority and if you feel the same about your child(ren) or yourself STAY FAR AWAY from "Dr." Fazzino unless you want to end up starting over and paying even more money or accepting the deplorable care you'll get in his office. Love yourself and your child enough to shop around.

On 8/2/17 we arrived on time for a 10:15 appointment and when I checked at 11:15 to see when my son would be done I was told "thirty minutes more. They just started to work on him. It has been a busy morning." This type of delay is routine and has nothing to do with what happened between 9:00 and 10:15 am. today. There were no emergency patients that ruined the schedule this morning. My son reported there were the usual number of employees in the back. I spoke with two other parents who were also waiting for over an hour who were not happy and they stated they have had to wait unreasonable times in the past as well. We left at 11:41 am. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this poorly-run practice.
