During covid, my back tooth cracked, a crown broke, it was just all not good. Going to see Dr. Salesky and his team was the smartest thing I've done. Judgement free and an amazing staff. The first thing he asked me is "what don't I like about my smile". At first I was a bit surprised since the back of my mouth needed help but I told him one of my teeth looks discolored. Well not only did Dr. Selensky and his team jump into action repairing the back teeth but before I left, he had adjusted the shade of my front area tooth and it was like a gift. Gentle, kind, patient and so very thoughful. That is for everyone in the office. They all go above and beyond. Simply amazing. My message: Don't be afraid, just call and I know you will feel the same way. I've been with him now for a few years and he takes his time discussing options, your choice always and while my teeth were not in amazing shape, I trusted him and today I left there with tears in my eyes because my smile had never looked better. You don't know how good it feels to smile until you haven't been smiling for a long time. Thank you to all of you at Southington Dentistry - keep making the world smile! Oh and today they even had lavender scented cool cloths so I could clean up and relax before I walked out SMILING!

Everyone was very friendly and conversational. First, Heidi (Dental Assistant) took all of my x-rays and photographs of my teeth; she was very thorough. Next, I had my exam with Dr. Berry, who was also friendly, and I could tell he likes to joke around, which was nice, given a lot of people are anxious during dental appointments. I had a few questions, which he answered and explained next steps. Lastly, Brittnae (Registered Dental Hygienist) did my cleaning. She measured all of my periodontal pockets -- something I've never had done before, so I was highly impressed by the level of attention and care they give their patients. Brittnae explained everything she was doing and answered all of my questions. Most importantly, she was very gentle on my teeth and gums during the cleaning. The office takes all COVID safety precautions, which was such a relief. Everyone wears a mask (surgical or N95 or both), and I noticed HEPA filters throughout the office. In addition, the office is completely digital (no paper!) and very modern. Overall, I have had a very positive new patient visit and am looking forward to my next cleaning. Highly recommend!

Everyone is friendly and personable and talks to you like a friend they just saw last month, not just a couple times a year. They don't try to sell you thing you don't need or make you replace fillings before it needs to be done. It doens't (and never has) felt like a money grab where they tell you to do things that you don't need to get done. Unless you want to, I mean they won't talk you out of a teeth whitening if that's what you want. LOL The parking lot is a bit of the pain since it's one lane so you have to be careful to follow the rules and let the traffic coming in have the right of way, but you get used to it! At least there's parking, for free. You're not paying in a garage so there's that, and that means something in downtown WeHa. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dental practice!

I was originally a patient of Dr. MacArthur until he retired and I have been a patient of Dr. Fridland for about the last decade. Dr. Fridland embraces technology and has helped bring innovation and new ideas to the office. In addition to liking and trusting them, one of the things I particularly like is that there is almost no staff turnover, except for retirement. The same, familiar faces are there every time I go and I'm recognized and welcomed by my first name. And, on those (thankfully rare) occasions that I need to sit in Dr. Fridland's chair, I have found him to be sensitive to my concerns (and fears), very personable and enjoyable to talk with and very professional and thorough. I am NOT in any way affiliated with the practice nor a relative of any of the employees. I'm simply a very satisfied customer.

The office is large and impersonal. You have to go through the office manager to ask questions to the dentist and don't know if emails go directly to him.
