Dr. Viagrande is the second dentist I have had in my 77 years of life. He took over the practice of my first dentist that I had seen since the age of 3 or 4 until I was in my 40's. I was so fortunate to have Dr. Viagrande take me on as a patient. He has taken great care of my teeth through the years and I look forward to this continuing. Everyone that I have come in contact with over the years at this office has been great! They are professional but also put you at ease with light bantering while working on your teeth. I was a customer for many years until the practice was sold to the present group/owner. on June 8, 2020 I had an appointment for a dental cleaning. I had Cigna dental insurance and they cover 2 cleanings per year. Before the dental hygienist began, she advised me that I was due for a full series of x-rays. I told the hygienist that it was ok only if they were fully covered by the insurance. She said she would check with the front desk. She came back and proceeded to take the x-rays. Months later I received a bill from their office. I called them, asking what the bill was about. They told me that it was for the x-rays. I explained that I authorized for x-rays to be taken only if they were fully covered. The receptionist informed me that she would take care of it. For months I kept getting the same bill and I kept calling them trying to get the matter resolved. After 6 months or so after talking from the receptionist to the office manager, I asked to speak to the doctor. He wasn't available. I asked to have him call me when he would be available. Never heard from him. For my next dental cleaning appointment I chose another dental office. Bills stopped for a while until this year. Got a call from Diana this morning inquiring when I was going to pay the $65.80 balance. I explained to her the entire situation again. Sher informed me that the insurance company did not pay for the dental cleaning and oral exam 100%. I tried to explain to her that they always paid 100% of cleanings in the past. I got off the phone and called the dental insurance company. They informed me that the dental cleaning and oral exam were fully paid at 100%, the x-rays were not. I asked for documentation, which they sent. I called back Diana from the Katz Family Dental care and tried to explain the situation, she kept interrupting and now telling me that the insurance DID pay for cleaning and oral exam, but I had a co pay or deductible that I had to meet. Once again I explained to her that I felt I wasn't responsible for that portion of the bill since I clearly stated that I would agree to the x-rays only if they were100% covered. She hung up on me. I'm not sure if the doctor ever got my message to call me back or not. Either way they lost me as a customer and also my daughter. She left because of other issues, I never talked to her about my problem with this office. It used to be a great place when Dr Viagrande ran the place!!!

I also feel more taken advantage of from being in an auto accident and suffered a TBI. Be aware of this practice. Dr. Moron told me I needed several surgery to remove a tooth and fix an exposed nerve. The truth is the said "tooth" was scar tissue and the exposed nerve? I wasn't given a clear answer. All I received was "I'm sorry" from Dr Moron. Here is my story. I paid $23,000 for a bridge that contained only five teeth, not the full set I expected. I was initially told the bridge would be ready the following day. Instead, it took four weeks to arrive. When I finally saw it and realized it contained only five teeth, I was devastated. One staff member told me that a full set would cost $30,000. After speaking directly with Dr. Moron, I was told the additional cost would be $10,000. Dr. Moron also retained the original bridge and would not return it to me. When I requested my dental records, he responded rudely by asking why I wanted them. The five-tooth bridge subsequently cracked. I sought opinions from several other dentists, who expressed concerns about the work that had been performed. I returned to Dr. Moron and paid an additional $5,000 toward a replacement bridge. He ultimately placed the fixed bridge, but when I was unable to attend some appointments, he issued me a refund check for $1,500 while retaining the new bridge and the remaining $3,500. I am deeply dissatisfied with how this entire situation was handled. I have spent a substantial amount of money and, in my view, have not received the dental work or resolution I paid for. I believe I should either receive the fixed bridge I paid toward or receive a refund of the money retained for work and services I did not receive. I am asking Advanced Dental to address this matter fairly and professionally as I have been told by a few other qualified dentists, to bring v this matter to the attention of the dental board. I deserve a clear accounting of the charges, an explanation of why the bridge was retained, and a reasonable resolution that takes into consideration the substantial financial investment I made in my dental care. This has been an extremely upsetting experience, both financially and emotionally. I hope the practice will take my concerns seriously and work toward a fair resolution.

Firstly, I was a bit late to the appointment and showed up frazzled and worried that I would have to reschedule. But, the office was more than happy to accommodate me the same day. They were courteous and friendly and made me feel comfortable before the procedure. My toddler was waiting with my husband in the waiting room and had a bunch of toys and books to play with which was a blessing as I was able to go for my appointment without worrying about her. In general the ambiance of the dental office is so different and peaceful from any of the other offices that I have been to. Each dental room has a TV and the patient can pick a movie or show while getting treatment. Another plus for this dental office :) Most importantly, Dr. Mukund and her team really took the time to understand my concerns and why have not been using the night guard in the past. They recommend a newer sleek version of the night guard and took the I got the new night guard within a week and I absolutely love it!!

My children were up to date on their visits, were seen April of 2025 and had their 6month follow up scheduled for October of 2025 with no missed appointments on their behalf in between; because dad and myself had appointments that we missed due to medical reasons, they canceled our children's visits and never told us. While dad and I did not agree that we should have been barred from rescheduling our visits, we were understanding and did try calling same day for appointments that were never available. We were not made aware that our children would also not be allowed to keep their already scheduled appointments (scheduled in April of 2025) and would not be able to reschedule, so essentially being discharged unofficially, No written documentation was provided to myself, my husband or the children, formally discharging us, no certified mail, no one called or communicated the children's appointments were going to be canceled. The manager Shanice was also incredibly rude when speaking to me about this issue, she interrupted me to speak over me several times and would not hear what I had to say because I mentioned how unfair to the children this was. She was also the one I spoke to about myself and my husband's issue when that arose, she failed to mention the children would be penalized, and failed to mention then that the children's visit were going to be canceled for October. She and her staff put me at ease every time I am in their office. Dr Kumar is great at explaining what she is doing while you are in the chair and why she is doing it. She is consistently checking up on you to make sure you are not in any pain which I, a person with horrible dentist office experiences, can appreciate! I even had zoom whiting treatments with them which can I say was a game changer! The results I got from just one office visit was noticeably different and 10x whiter!
