When he…read moreretired last summer (2025j, the practice was bought out but some large corporation and has gone way downhill. Clients were deliberately not told about the new ownership. In Jan 2026, I had a dental emergency- lost a crown and it needed to be replaced. I was given an appointment with Dr Manocha who TOTALLY botched the the new crown - it did not fit properly in my mouth and my partial no longer fit. She never bothered to even look at the fit once she glued the new crown in!!! I've never had a dentist not check the fit of work that they completed. When I tried to go back in the next day because it didn't fit properly, I asked to see Dr. Ctoss since I never want to see Manocha ever again. In addition to being incompetent in replacing my crown, she complained about my dental work the entire time I was in the chair. That's when I was told that Dr Cross was no longer with them. Furthermore, they would not let me see one of the other dentists for any fitting or needed corrections. That was unacceptable and I have since become a patient at another dental office. My new dentist is now having to correct the work that Manocha did and fix the problems she created.
