The dental hygienists as well as the dentists here are very friendly and have been great with my kids. There is even a tv in each exam room to keep the children occupied if the visit makes them a little nervous or bored. This office is pretty big and quite modern. Everything is clean and spacious and I just really feel welcome when we come here. When I've called there before I can barely hear because there are at least 3 other loud conversations going on in the background. The oral surgeon Dr. Murphy is a disaster and doesn't seem to know what he's doing (time to retire I'm thinking) they had my daughter in unnecessary pain for days after her 4 wisdom teeth were removed and dr. Murphy told her he was Gona take her sutures out and my daughter had to tell this doctor with a degree that she didn't have any sutures. His response was, "Even Better!" We are getting her a new dentist immediately. I can't believe how much this place has gone into the toilet but rumor has it that it was sold but the original dentist such as Dr. Schulman and Dr. Meister still work there. She's outta there. After calling a bunch of dentists offices I had came across elite dental and they got me in the very next day with no hesitation!!!I was in and out less than 30 minutes and I had nothing but a wonderful experience with both the dentist assistant and the dr himself , front end staff was very pleasant too. I had two crowns that never fit and came loose. One of the crowns fit so poorly that bacteria built up and decay caused me to have to pull the tooth I only knew that there was a probable when I had such tooth pain and my whole jam blew up. I never wrIte bad reviews but I only think it fair that no one else should loose a tooth because these creedy people just want your money and will perform any procedure that brings them money. Everyone.. the front staff, hygienists, surgeons...seem to go above and beyond to make you comfortable and they what they're doing! I have an adult daughter who is petrified of dental work. She is now at peace and confident with Nova. And her adult son doesn't dread dentists anymore. He had a front tooth replaced and you can't even tell which one!! Perfectly matched!
