It is anything but the production line I have experienced in the other orthodontics offices I have been in. I chose her initially because she is newer to the area and a woman, and as a woman physician myself, I am always interested in giving young women professionals a chance. I am so very glad I did!! Dr. Fishman and his office have consistently provided excellent care to my daughter over the last…read morefew years. From the initial consultation there was no pressure to have her in braces right away as some other providers suggested. Dr. Fishman advised she start in braces 9-12 months after the initial visit and the entire process has been seamless. The hygienists explain everything really well. Dr. Fishman is very thorough and gets along great with the kids. The front desk always lets you know the approximate length of your next visit - they've been incredibly accurate, which makes it easier to plan your schedule. The other important stuff :-) clean office, rarely a wait, great parking, and not one billing issue ever for us.

My child once waited over a month to have a bracket repaired and this cost valuable time in the treatment process and then would blame my child for not doing what was needed. Fazzino is a narcissistic blow hard who accepts zero responsibility for his negligence. I have since switch Orthodontics despite the enormous cost of switching. My eyes have been opened to the botched work he's done. I'm just glad I was able to get out of there in time before anymore damage had been done but this despicable Fazzino. My child is my priority and if you feel the same about your child(ren) or yourself STAY FAR AWAY from "Dr." Fazzino unless you want to end up starting over and paying even more money or accepting the deplorable care you'll get in his office. It…read moreis obvious by the usual wait times that Dr. Fazzino values his time and that of his staff far above that of his patients and paying customers' time. On 8/2/17 we arrived on time for a 10:15 appointment and when I checked at 11:15 to see when my son would be done I was told "thirty minutes more. They just started to work on him. It has been a busy morning." This type of delay is routine and has nothing to do with what happened between 9:00 and 10:15 am. today. There were no emergency patients that ruined the schedule this morning. My son reported there were the usual number of employees in the back. I spoke with two other parents who were also waiting for over an hour who were not happy and they stated they have had to wait unreasonable times in the past as well. We left at 11:41 am. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this poorly-run practice.
