Less than 24 hours after my father passed, the representative began a fast-paced sales presentation while our family was still in shock and barely able to process the loss. Being pressured to make permanent decisions without empathy was overwhelming . The interaction felt rushed and transactional, with little compassion shown to our grieving family. Having to advocate for basic empathy while planning a parent's burial is unacceptable. I strongly encourage others to request a different representative before making any final decisions. Our initial representative was John. After we requested a change, Chrysten was assigned and was wonderful to work with; however, this occurred after all decisions had already been made, and we did not meet her until the day of our father's celebration of life at the church. I hope this feedback helps the cemetery reflect on how important patience, clarity, and compassion are when families are at their most vulnerable

We picked out our plot and package and just as we were about to sign, they said oh these prices aren't correct. After quoting us one price all through the walkthrough of pricing, they left the room to talk to the general manager and when they came back, the price doubled. I felt like we were in a used car dealership. We left buying nothing. It was a bait and switch.

They sent me to the person whom told us all this. Why? All I got was excuses and denial. 4 witnesses. The response and care was wild when I called. I was very nice and wanted to understand why.
