When I stopped by less than an hour after they began, everyone was already working at an incredible pace--the entire operation was truly something to see. In a single day, they expertly trimmed eight trees, completed a tremendous amount of work, and left the property beautifully clean. Their workmanship was every bit as impressive as their efficiency. Robert's estimate was a little higher than some of the alternatives, but the difference was in the details, and that made him worth every penny. I barely had to explain what needed to be done--he immediately understood what each tree required and treated my property as though it were his own home. What stood out most was Robert's professionalism and follow-through. He listened carefully to my concerns and even returned as promised to apply pruning spray to the fresh oak cuts. That level of care, accountability, and pride in one's work is increasingly rare. I cannot recommend Robert and his team highly enough. Yelp only allows five stars, but they unquestionably earned six!

I called Marvin who said they'd be by around 4-5:00. The entire crew showed up and we settled on a price for what I needed done. There wound up being two men on the roof, two climbers in the tree out back, and about 5 people doing clean up as the job progressed. Very happy with the quality of work and the fair price. I believe that whether you call Albert's or Rudy's, you're getting the same people because some wear Alberts t-shirts and some wear Rudy's, at least they did a year ago. I didn't notice this time. We never had to have a dead tree cut down before, so I found Billy's card at a local restaurant…read moreover a year ago and just held onto it in case we ever wanted to have our trees trimmed. This summer a tree died and needed to be removed. I called him and he came out the same day to give me an estimate on cutting the tree down, trimming another tree that was having branches grow on top of our roof, as well as low hanging branches that needed to go. I also asked if he could get our holly bushes out front nicely trimmed and manageable and trim our backyard bushes too. Since I never had this type of work done, I checked online for the national average for pricing for what I asked him to do, and he was "dead on" with his estimate!!! Very honest and a pleasure to work with. While he was here, I asked if I could get a price on another row of bushes out in the back by the barn, and those got done too! EXCELLENT service, hauled everything away, and all looks beautiful!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Very honest hard worker!!
