Wow. Did the $50 day pass when we were in town - incredible facility! This place has it all! Even massage, nail and hair appointments and a full café. More like a resort feel than a gym! Get two day passes and you have access for a whole week. You can use the money paid towards a membership as well. First class - thank you!

Unfortunately, the basketball courts are consistently treated as repurposable "shared space" for camps, birthday parties, and other non-basketball programming, while other dedicated areas like pickleball, yoga, and cycle studios maintain far more protected use. Ruthie Cooper, Lead General Manager, also stated that as of May 22, the courts will be reserved for Summer Camp from 7am to 6pm daily, plus a 15-minute grace period, further limiting member access. The courts themselves are often poorly maintained and not cleaned to the standard expected from a premium club. Many long-time basketball members have voiced concerns, but access continues to shrink despite strong and consistent participation. While local staff have been professional in communication, the overall handling of basketball member needs has been disappointing and does not reflect the experience many of us believed we were paying for.

Look this gym used to be my favorite place to be, and honestly even tho i am leaving i still wish…read morethe best for it. There are some things to look out for if you are considering this gym: 1. Be careful and read the contracts, i think they do an okay job with telling you, but remember canceling you have to "give" (whatever that's considered) a 30 day notice 2. When i left, there was no grace, the young blonde lady had some attitude and wasn't really friendly at all, (after i've been trying cancel for months but was pushed back or avoided some how) and that attitude kind of hurt because it made me feel like if i wanted to come back, i don't want to come back to that. In conclusion, it used to be a serious powerlifting/body building gym to be at, but it's slightly declined with that culture (i believe it's still there tho, and i've heard good things about their dojo) and if you aren't looking to go to a gym for that, than quite frankly the price just doesn't make sense, it will be easily 30+ dollars a month maybe a little cheaper if you get a contract. but there are gyms out there (and soon to be down the street) that are cheaper and with better equipment and facilities at that. look i've had some serious good workouts in the past there, and for the most part there is kind people, (some a little judgy) i just hate the bad taste left from that awfully passive aggressive conversation about canceling. but honestly Strouds is trying and you can tell, but just be aware of all that. Good luck

Dedicated equipment and facilities for powerlifting, strongman, Olympic weightlifting, and bodybuilding with most everything you could ever need. The amenities are great too: a full locker room with showers and sauna, dedicated martial arts dojo, and a multipurpose room with great lighting for technical practice and warm-up. The staff are friendly and carry on the Kirk Stroud legacy with honor. Trainers are available for consultation during all hours for beginners to advanced competitors. I bring all my friends here to train with me, and would love to see you here soon!

My 24hr fitness permanently closed so this was really the only convenient option, but I'm really…read moreglad I ended up joining. The atmosphere is much better and you can tell people take their workout seriously. It is smaller and there's some equipment I miss, but overall its a better gym. Staff seems friendly and I see them clean quite a bit. Don't really ever have to wait for a rack as they have 2 platform half racks and another one in a different area that has a landmine. The machines I've used feel pretty smooth and I notice pretty much everyone wipes them down when they're done. They have 3 bench press stations that are pretty sweet! You can change the angle in increments of 5% on decline and incline. Something I also really like is they have a nice standing and seated calf machine. Also a pretty good variety of attachments for the pulley machines. Wish they had heavier dumbbells though, as I can't do DB rows with straps anymore unless I wanna do like 40+ reps. I know that sounds crazy, but when you strap up you'd be surprised how much you're limiting your back gainz yo. But they have a landmine where you can load the weight up and do the same type of row. Oh and if you know what a glute ham raise is they have it! I love that thing and have been using it twice a week and am still getting stronger at it. They have a cool turf area in the back where you can do a variety of things, but unfortunately all it can take is 1 person in the area and you can no longer drag the sled/tire around or do farmer walks which are things I really like to do. Also, I honestly feel kind of bad when I do it because I feel like I'm hogging the area. If there was just a little more square feet it would be absolutely perfect. The only really legit complaint I have is the water temperature is not consistent in the showers(its usually cold or lukewarm). If that could be fixed that would be great. Cold water is fine now, but its pretty miserable once you get to the winter time. Even with a few things I don't like I highly recommend this gym and think that you will really like it too!
