But the staff are always friendly and wanting to help you in anyway they need to help you. The machines are always clean, the floor always looks great, the locker rooms are kept up nice and there's plenty of room to move about. I suggest this fitness connection location over the Arlington one. They also enforce wearing masks so bring your mask to not only protect others but also yourself.

Previously employee signed me up. I get a voicemail For my outstanding balance of $107 Apparently there's a pattern of accounts being opened up in customers, names and bills being sent out. I don't trust any establishment with sketchy employees, especially at a time when credit fraud and credit identity theft is so prevalent. I didn't even realize how above and beyond it is until I moved away and had another place become my "home location". Christine and Will do SO much for their members. They really put effort into showing how much they care and they treat you like an individual, not just a number. They acknowledge your accomplishments with a shout out, they host events, they provide free samples from local businesses, and they always provide excellent customer service. They're just really compassionate & passionate people and it's very obvious they love what they do. That love pours over into how well the gym and its members are taken care of. The place has ample equipment, and is always clean. Sometimes, about 6:45 (right around shift change) they need to fill paper towels, but so it goes. The other patrons are pretty great too. Regardless of the time of day I go, I see a lot of the same people. It's nice. Also, mad respect to PF for suspending dues while they are closed. I truly appreciate that. After going to this particular location for almost 1 year, I can say that it is top notch.

I was given false information from one of their employees, and Tommy (the owner) was not willing take any responsibility for it on his employee's behalf. Instead, I ended up being charged over $60 in membership dues that I should not have been responsible for. Not a very honorable way to run a business. The employees are hired for nose rings and wild colored hair and not for doing their job or experience. You pay 220 a month and all they do is hijack you for more money all the time. They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of features and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay more, so you can't use what they sold the membership as, a classic bait and switch. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet.

The locker rooms are spacious and the people at the front desk are extremely friendly. They did not try to figure out if we were really members, and just let us right in, and we're very concerned about the flooding from the hurricane, and happy to have us there. They need a lot more benches. They only have a couple and it's just not enough so there is often a wait for a bench. They have extra benches upstairs, but the weights only go up to 40lb up there, so a lot of people wanting to lift weights would not even be able to use those benches if the downstairs ones get crowded. The cardio upstairs is pretty good, but they only have two bikes that I could possibly use and they are usually being used. One time I actually had to wait because a gym employee was using one of the bikes. Once he realized I was waiting for the bike he quickly got off it but still it proves that this type of bike should be more plentiful since it's the only thing which seems to always be in use. The men's showers are fine, and the locker room is nice. Parking is good and the facility is located close to the Interstate 30 and very convenient just near the stadium, where you can often hear the stadium screaming I am a stadium whenever you drive to Meerut. I mean near it. Or even when you're not near it to be honest. They have good cables for chest exercises and their other machines are okay. Overall, it earns a four star rating and is a great place. And one North Family that I'd expect to be a big family is the Peter North Family. I mean the guy just had so much coming out of, well, you know. You'd just assume. Anyway.

I had to relocate for work and asked to end my membership early. While I understood the annual contract, the branch staff treated me as little more than a customer at a cellphone store, rigidly enforcing policy without any empathy or support. When I escalated the issue, leadership responded with a canned policy explanation, completely ignoring how cold and impersonal the interaction felt. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I will be sharing my story publicly and discussing it with current members so they understand how situations like mine are handled. It's not about the money -- it's about the lack of compassion from a place that claims to be community-focused. I can no longer recommend this branch YMCA to anyone.
