I was referred to Andy Ferguson, and he has been laser focused on getting me to my goals. He's knowledgeable and precise in his approach, and has a wholistic perspective that has been very effective. Trophy is also a very good gym, this location is just the right size, is clean, and has good equipment. The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing. Plus, parking is convenient and free.

From day 1 every single person on staff was welcoming and personable. One thing that was abnormal about this gym was the community within the gym. I moved to Dallas knowing no one and found this to be a very social gym. Majority of my friends came from meeting other members and trainers. The classes are motivating, the free recovery sessions are a game changer, the trainers are SUPER knowledgeable, and the amenities of a hot tub, sauna, and steam room are the cherry on top. If you are looking for a gym, look no further. Joining Trophy way the best decision I made next to moving to Dallas.

Trey seemed very experienced and knowledgeable as he was hitting all his counts ... to a LIVE DJ!!! As someone who has instructed spin, this can be very difficult when you don't know what the DJ will play, so the fact that Trey took everything in stride and kept us having fun and sweating was amazing! Not to mention he was very helpful for bike setup for those who needed the help. Speaking of help, I accidentally put my stuff into a locker in the women's restroom without realizing how to lock it/open it and so I went to the front to ask for help. Tiana gladly said she would help me, but I differed until after class-- where I met Taylor who was off duty and in Trey's class, but graciously helped me get into the locker. I really appreciate her helping me because she could have easily just instructed me to go to someone currently working, so that really stood out for great service. The overall vibes of this gym were very aesthetically pleasing.. it's a very Instagram-able gym but the people I encountered here made it a great experience. Thank you again to Trey, Taylor and Tiana for making my first time at JR so great!! Next time I come back, I want to take Taylor's class in addition to Trey's as I've heard Taylor's is a great workout as well! Cheers!

I took their hot yoga class, which was both refreshing and energizing. The instructor was incredibly kind and hands-on with her guidance, making the class enjoyable for all levels. The facility itself has so much to offer! It really feels like a one-stop shop for fitness and wellness. There's a small cafe on-site, which is perfect for grabbing something before or after a workout. They also have multiple pickleball courts, which adds a fun, social element to the experience. My favorite part was definitely the recovery area. They offer cryotherapy, infrared light therapy, compression, and massage chairs. I personally tried the compression therapy and was very satisfied with how it made me feel afterward. Overall, this is an amazing space if you're looking to combine workouts, recovery, and convenience all in one place!

Wait!!! I've never written a review? That can't be right. I literally created their Yelp page while…read moresitting in those massage chairs in the Recovery area, I wanted the community to know this place had opened. They're such a great addition to the neighborhood. I remember when this location was just a dream back in the LA Fitness days, but I never imagined it would turn out this fancy. And yes, if you're a member here, you can use any LA Fitness location, but not the other way around. Perks! I was genuinely mind-blown by how beautiful this place is. They did an incredible job. An indoor pickleball court? Yes, please. Who wants to play outside in the Texas heat? Of course, they have outdoor courts too, the place is massive. No need for lockers, they've figured out a smarter system for us. The classes are a blast, and trust me, you'll feel the burn the next day. The changing rooms are super spacious, my fave thing is the Dyson hairdryers, no, it's the huge sauna, no it's the showers, no, its the shower heads. Oh, I just love it all :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) They even have a towel wall right next to the changing rooms, which is super convenient. Just don't try to take one home, you'll beep on your way out. Yep, they've got anti-theft tags in the towels. Clever. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The Recovery Studio is also amazing. I've done cryo multiple times and loved it, it's so good for you. The infrared rooms are cool too. And those air compression boots? They're called Normatec. They help with circulation, and one of the staff recommended using them before and after workouts. Genius. Honestly, I could spend 3-4 hours here easily and just live my best life. They always have specials going on. I just got one for Labor Day, but I'll be away and sadly won't be able to take advantage. If you live nearby, definitely sign up. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a stunning setup with a totally reasonable membership. You might think I'm exaggerating, but let me break it down: I used to go to Glo Sun Spa before they closed their Addison location--$150/month, and cryo was always extra. So it could come out to around $200. Then my silly LA Fitness was another $40, plus their maintenance fee, (which is nonexistent here) and I had to drive between locations. So Club Studio, everything included $250/month totally makes sense. Everything's in one place. It's bougie, gorgeous, and probably the best gym I've ever been to. Nothing's broken, everything works, and like I said, you get access to any LA Fitness location too. Total win. So... will I see you there?

My friend lives in an apartment in the village and she has access to this gym, so while I was…read morestaying with her, we decided to come and work out together. The area where the gym is located is extremely nice, the commons where all of the shared village grounds are (including restaurants and coffee shops, along with this gym) is extremely upscale. My friend told me that in the past, it cost five dollars to bring a guest to this gym, but when we came on a Sunday morning, they told us it was actually $20. We went ahead and went for it since it was just one day, but in the future, just be aware of that. The gym itself is very nice, the facilities are very clean, especially in the locker rooms, and there was a plethora of equipment. Walking in there is a check in desk, and just to the left there is a big staircase next to the indoor space housing a basketball court. If you go up the stairs, there are a lot of machines up there along with free weight /free space areas with kettle bells and yoga mats etc. There's also a small outdoor area with some machines, including a battle rope and a few others. If instead of going up those stairs on entering you keep going towards the back, the locker rooms will be on your right, and there's some additional equipment under the staircase adjacent to the basketball court. Around the corner, there is also a lot more freeway equipment, including a Smith machine (my personal favorite) and free bars for squatting/benching as well as Dumbbells and things of that nature. I noticed also an outdoor area with like maybe a parkour area? I wasn't sure exactly what it was but looked like a grown up jungle gym. And just behind that, there was a large (and busy!) tennis court. On the other side of the gym itself, there were also some large fields that looked like maybe they're for soccer or some other field sport? I didn't see any soccer goals though. There's also a pretty long sidewalk surrounding area that would be nice to walk around, but just be mindful it's not a very shaded area and in the summer in Texas it's pretty hot so I would be careful about that. If you're living in the village, the location of the gym is really great because it's so close by. My friend and I were running late so we actually did drive (took 1-2 min from her apt) and parked in the parking garage underneath the village area; on the Sunday morning that we came it was just free to park there and we didn't even have to take a ticket, the bars were just up when we came in when we left. However, I imagine that if it wasn't a weekend, you may have to get a ticket and pay or validate. Last thing to note: even though it was a Sunday morning, there was a pretty decent number of people in that gym. I never had to wait for anyone to use any equipment or any machines, but I did see some people talking to each other about that. My friend told me that it was basically "empty as far as she was concerned," compared to how it is during the week when apparently it's much busier and you do sometimes have to wait for equipment. Overall, this place is really nice, and given im thinking about possibly moving to Dallas in a few years i am quite strongly considering this area because of how nice it is, and because of the presence of this gym! I wish they hadn't increased the price for guests (or had a fee at all), but for those living here and just using the facilities complementarily, this is a really nice place.
