The soda machine in here is the biggest I've ever seen, it's got like 20 different streams on it. I never thought I'd say this, but seriously, the fresh pizza that they make here is actually super duper tasty! Instead, my car was called "finished" less than 20 minutes after I arrived, which immediately seemed suspicious given how busy they were. After leaving, I quickly noticed the interior had not been properly cleaned. There was still dust on the dash, pet hair on the backseat doors, liquid left in the cup holder, water pooled on the floor mat, and several areas that looked like they hadn't been touched at all. To make matters worse, one of my floor mats was completely missing which was the only reason I went back, otherwise I would've just finished the cleaning at home myself never to return. I got back to the car wash and pointed out the issues. The manager found my missing mat and initially told me I was good to go until I showed him the obvious areas that had been missed, including dog hair and dried drool still on the doors, windows, and interior panels. He had the car reworked and told me it was "much better, thanks for coming back." Unfortunately, when I got home and inspected the vehicle again, many of the same issues were still there--including the exact areas I had specifically pointed out. The photos are only from the left side of the car and after they had "fixed" the issues. Mistakes happen, but when you're charging nearly $60 for your highest-level service, customers shouldn't have to inspect the work, return to the business, and still end up with a partially cleaned car. This was an incredibly infuriorating experience. I basicaly paid $60 to drive my car through their car wash.

Once, I get it. Twice, unlikely. Same canned manager response?.. something is either wrong with the kitchen, or they are advertising food that they do not carry. Either way, it needs to be addressed.
