What a find. This store has THE BEST cup of coffee ever! They have this machine that grinds your coffee beans (of three premium choices) right in front of you, per order. It makes the best tasting cup of coffee I've ever had, and at a faction of the cost a traditional coffee shop. When I think of the money I've wasted at Starbucks, oiye. Tragically, I have been unable to find this coffee machine at any other 7-Eleven. No reply from 711 HQ either. But this coffee, if for no other reason, is worth a trip to Denver. If you're hungry, they have this amazing deli counter with freshly made pizza by the slice, but it's not even close to what you might think when imagining gas station convenience store men's room proximate pizza. This pizza is amazing, especially the garden veggie. The problem is that there's a discount for getting two slices as opposed to just one, just $5 for two, and the slices are big. I don't want to lose money on the deal, but then again 1,200 extra calories is substantial, even by Sumo wrestler standards. So you have to ask yourself, do you want to eat two slices and or just one? To tell you the truth in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. (Yes, Dirty Harry reference, though I shouldn't have to point that out). Foremost, this 7 Eats has amazing customer service. Contrary to something another reviewer mentioned, the staff here provided amazing customer service every time. It's a model store for the company. The staff is kind and nonjudgmental. Any other convenience store clerks would have commented "You, again? More coffee and garden veggie pizza? But this is your eighth time here today, and it's not even noon! Damn! You need help, son."

Oh Thank Heaven!! This is one awesome 7-Eleven! They have so many great things: -A fresh made pizza & empanada counter -Nitro Cold Brew and bean-to-cup espresso -Kombucha on tap (you can fill your own growler!) -A Beer Cave!!! -Organic Slurpees & Fountain drinks -Fresh blended smoothies, shakes, and Ice cream -Scan & Go (mobile pay on 7-eleven app) -7NOW delivery service (separate app) -Made-to-order breakfast sammies and pizzas And it's so big, clean, and modern. Also the people are really nice! So glad to see this new store in Denver! It's really cool - GO CHECK IT OUT!!!

Wtf is this even?! The night staff here seriously sucks! It Seems like every time I come in past 8/9pm the staff gives no fucks at all . .

Owners Duc Huynh and his wife Dominique moved the concept to Park Hill in 2021 , and what they built here is hard to categorize in the best way. It's a craft coffee shop and boutique plant store in one -- and somehow both sides of that equation feel equally intentional rather than one being an afterthought. The menu leans into lavender lattes, Vietnamese iced coffee, and chai, alongside croissants and breakfast burritos -- a lineup that reflects the shop's AAPI-owned roots and a clear point of view on what coffee can be. The Vietnamese iced coffee in particular earns its reputation: rich, layered, and grounding in a way that a standard cold brew just isn't. The lavender latte is a regular on people's standing orders for good reason. The seating situation is worth noting -- swing chairs and limited spots mean arriving early on weekends pays off. Street parking is the move. Best for solo mornings, slow catch-ups with a friend, or anyone who wants to leave with a new plant and a drink they'll be thinking about on the drive home. Open daily 8am-3pm -- get there before the rush.

The person taking my order was very friendly and welcoming. I got a lavender latte with macadamia nut milk (which I highly recommend) it was nice and creamy and paired well with the lavender. I also got a bonfire burrito, which was also tasty and filling. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop, hard not to since it was filled with plants, plant care items, cards, jewelry and fun stickers. Look forward to coming back in the future!

The space is decorated so cute with several tables to choose from, there's a cozy couch to enjoy, and even a bar space to sit all. There was one gentleman working while I was in, and he was very kind. I ordered an iced coffee with a side of oak milk; the coffee had a good flavor. For food, I ordered the egg and cheese bowl. This is not your average egg and cheese bowl - it was stacked with specialty cheeses like mozzarella and iberico! Plus, some devious spices. The bowl was served with ciabatta bread, topped with olive oil and herbs. I didn't have a pastry, but they all looked scrumptious and will definitely try one when I come back.

The have mostly smaller tables but a few couches - always an A+ for me. No food, but the pastries look next level. I deviated a bit from my normal latte or drip coffee and splurged on their "golden coffee": a beautiful cup of coffee with Nutella, steamed milk, whipped cream, pistachio and sparkles. It was a bit pricey at $12 but I regret absolutely nothing. The only thing keeping me from full marks is that it's not super stroller/baby friendly and these days that's important to me. Seriously though, a fabulous spot and I'm planning on returning for a little me time in the near future. The food looks so good I need to give it a try!

There's some seating outside on a small patio for nice days but be aware there is no indoor seating. The best thing about lilac coffee is their seasonal drinks! I had an iced spiced lavender latte, and it was delicious! A little savory, not too sweet, and you could really taste the coffee! They use Corvus coffee, which is a really great coffee roaster here in Denver. If you're hungry, they also have a few pastries and breakfast items. Overall, I had a great experience, and I love that Lilac is local and uses really good quality ingredients for their drinks, while keeping prices reasonable! I will certainly be back!

There were lots of walk-ups along with me and a line of cars so the place seemed popular! A mom and her kid, a group of teens, some YPs. I was killing time in the sun and caffeinating between a Petco run and a key drop from a cat-sitting booking. I didn't need to look for any pastries because there was cereal in my drink! So fun. Friendly staff. I look forward to going there again!
