Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

I took a screen shot of the second one as proof, because it wasn't clear they were actually checking the product while I was chatting with them. Sure enough, the recliner gets here, and doesn't have the very capabilities they said it had. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay the restocking fee (plus the pick up fee) even though I have PROOF that their sales people flat out lied to me. Though that weirdness doesn't stop there, the soda is always talked about being quite extensive, but if that were the case, it looks like booze took over half of what cpuld been drinks overall. They had some weird options, but most were basically available in other stores. At least there was some candies that are a bit more exclusive to the store, so picked up a couple bags. There was a small hiccup--one of the sofas was missing an option we had selected. Chad called us first thing, apologized, and immediately offered to send a replacement while letting us keep the incorrect one in the meantime. We went home with measurements to make sure it would work and contacted the company to confirm our purchase and choose an epoxy color and leg style (which is hand forged iron if I'm correctly remembering the terminology). I said I wanted purple that was opaque but not too light. Mario knew exactly what I meant! They crafted a beautiful piece that is commented on and admired by everyone (from family to handymen!) that enters our home.
