I recently relocated to Texas and decided to start fresh as far as furniture. Due to Covid-19 I have not been eager to look for furniture and I also didn't want to rush an online purchase I would come to regret; money is also tight. Today, with my mask in place, I made a stop to Furniture Row, I was hesitant to do so, mainly because of the mixed reviews. I'm happy I went in. My only goal today was to find a sofa. I was greeted by staff when I entered. The sales specialist to provide assistance was Roy. Roy gave a warm welcome and asked if I needed specific help, but then left me to my business; high pressure sales would have had me about face. As I wandered he checked on me once more. I found a few items I was considering, but was not quite set on. Roy noticed I had spent some time with a particular set. Lucky enough it was in stock, but the pricing out of budget. Roy helped negotiate a reasonable price and arrange for delivery for only about a week out. This young man is only 20, but incredibly respectful, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I'm am pleased with the whole process. This store is lucky to have found him. All the employees were friendly. Overall the store has a decent selection. The floor/showroom offers a glimpse at many styles and budgets. I selected items that were in the store so I could set up my living room ASAP. I can't yet vouch for the delivery and set up process, but I'm hopeful it will all go as smooth as my initial experience. Thank you all for being awesome during these stressful times.

And they said aint nothing wrong with it. I must have been dragging the furniture. I barely even sit on the furniture. It has only been used 5 times at the most. They are horrible. The customer service is horrible and I will be filing a law suit against them for a replacement or my money.

There are vendors, stores, nail salon, eye exams, food court and of course the PX. This place has a MAC store inside! That is pretty awesome so you won't have to drive far to go to a MAC store. You can also pick up or fill your prescriptions here with Darnell. Pretty convenient! I have tried Sarka and the Chinese food here in the food court. It was decent. You must have a valid military id in order to make purchases at the PX. The parking lot is spacious and this place is always busy when I stop in on the weekends. They have events here from time to time. Book signing events to meet and greets.

Practically a mall, they now have a wide (and better) variety of eateries as well as well-known specialty shops (Game Stop, Starbucks, MAC.) But I didn't come in for their food court or these shops. I came in here to find a bargain at the main store. And like the many previous visits (even if it was at that previous location) it didn't fail. Found tons of clothing and shoes and bags at super marked down prices. I felt like I made out like a bandit! I also noticed they carry much much more brand names than they did before, and with their items being tax free, you can't go wrong. And FYI: they do price matching! Good thing I'm always on a time limit with every visit. It'll surely put my budget in serious danger!

I needed a table in a hurry and a family member suggested Rooms To Go. Clearly the table I purchased is not wood or of great quality, but since I don't have a lot of traffic in my home and I take care of my things, I thought it would last a little while at least. Recently the table top began moving side to side. I phoned the store and requested someone come out and tighten the screws. The customer service representative said there's nothing they can do because I didn't purchase a service agreement. Who expects a DR table to start spinning around? I have living room furniture that I purchased from a real furniture store in 1980. It's still beautiful and does what it's supposed to do. I'm disappointed that Rooms To Go won't fix this. I kinda want it out of my house now. I'd give it back to them if I could. Hopefully, I'll find a good quality, solid wood table soon. I learned a lesson.

It's easy to overspend (if you're on a budget) because you see things you didn't intent to get but you do because you can't beat the prices. Try not to take your kids because they'll be worse than you when it comes to picking one or two things. The store wasn't the cleanest BUT my expectations weren't high for that. The cashiers were nice and the people working the aisles were helpful.

There's also a sign clearly posted outside the door, explaining what they do and don't accept (unlike the GW in my previous location). Inside, the store is way cleaner than I expected. Every single person me, my children, and other customers, and one man happily pointed out new children's books for a mom with her young children. I found a hard wood bookcase for just $20. That's a steal, and not one I would have found in the Phoenix metro. It's in excellent condition, and I was able to quickly buy it, run home, and quickly come back to load it into my car. My personal take is to give this place a chance. It's small, but if you know what you're looking for, you can find great deals. I absolutely plan to come back.
