We just moved into our new home 1 week ago. we Spent thousands of dollars at Conn's and our washer is broken down after 2 days. I've called and talked to so many people and customer service reps and conns repair people and they are useless. I walked back in to the store and Lonny tells me "Well, that's why you should have gotten the warranty"... I should get the warranty because my washer will stop working after 2 days...? Micah the manager claims they will fix the problem and has yet to get back to me. we have had this washer for 6 days, it has been broken down longer than it's been working. And the repair guy says conns won't replace it unless they come out more than 4 times for the same issue. They say I can't return it unless I pay a 15% restocking fee... If you're wanting to get furniture or appliances I would go elsewhere. Store associate Cherry and manager Derrick will lie and fast talk you into signing contracts that are not what you thought you were signing. They will not let you read the contracts and will offer to read "the inportant parts" They will then not gi e you the contracts you signed by telling you they will come to your email and will also be mailed to you. Dont waste your time calling corporate because they do not care if you were lied to not even by a store manager your contracts are binding and they wint let u out even if your first payment isn't even due yet. I have filed a BBB complaint. Save your money and time go elsewhere.. and if you do go to Conns DO NOT go to Cherry or Derrick they will lie and steal to make their commission's. read more

By far the worst customer service I've experienced. I'd give it zero stars if I could. We brought Samsung Vacuum. They showed us vacuum with 2 battery and gave us with only one battery. when we called store they said we will order battery for you and you will get in 2 weeks. it has been 6 weeks nobody even call me about updates and when we call they never talk to me about that matter and rude people. specially assistant manager Marka is very rude and poor service provider. I had called 4 times and requested to have manager call me. never call back. they had provide one battery that is also not working more than 5 minutes. please be aware of this kind store and specially stay away from Marka. read more

Really a good store. The staff is friendly and very accommodating! We walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Casandra. She was extremely knowledgeable about the washer and dyers we were looking at and helped us pick out one that was affordable and did what we wanted them to do. We also needed a recliner that was a lifter. Conn's has that, too. They have really upgraded their furniture! I'll go back again! read more

Bought a fridge from them 2 months ago. It's already not working. Called to try to get a replacement last Friday and they said they'd repair it instead. The repair guy came out Monday and needed to order a part. He was supposed to return today but was no show/no call. So let me start off by saying that I have had decent experiences with them in the past but after this most recent; I doubt I'll ever come back!!! I went in towards the end of October to purchase a bed. At that, things went smoothly ( as they always do in the store) I was informed my bed wasn't available but they could have it to me mid November. Fast forward to the day before my "scheduled delivery". I didn't receive any kind of confirmation or any communication for that matter, past the initial point of sale. So I call Friday ( the day before my stuff is to be delivered) to ask about it. First I call the store two different times and both times I was transferred to their shipping dept ( which was full voicemail) I went in person and spoke with the floor manager. That's when I found out that my bed isn't available and it wouldn't be available until Feb 2025!!!! Myself and the store manager, Jeremy knew that info because their delivery dept sent my info to the wrong store!! ( shame on the other location for just ignoring it, ya know since it wasn't their sale). While in the store, I pick a new bed AND they triple checked it "allegedly" to ensure my delivery would be here as scheduled. The day of my delivery ( of the second bed I literally just picked yesterday) and 2 mins before my window starts, I get a call saying that once again the delivery dept messed up and didn't get all the pieces from the store! They try to push my delivery back!! I then call the store and speak with Micah and he tells he is looking into it. 2 hours goes by and I hear nothing. So I call to get an update, I learn Micah has gone to lunch and still no update on my delivery!!! So then I'm speaking with Mason who informs me that they've done " all that they could do" and once again the apologize!!! It took me yelling and demanding for them to get me my furniture!!! In store, things seem to go great ( except the same person is never there when you return) but for some reason it all goes to hell when it gets sent to the delivery department. Tim the Delivery manager- shoutout to you for doing what your co workers couldn't and thank you to Trey and Steve, the amazing delivery guys who not only delivered as Tim promised but also put it together in less than 5 mins!!! Amazing as always! Just bought a new couch to add to my tv and washer/dryer set. The monthly payments are amazing. The products and warranty is 100% worth it. My son threw a toy at the tv causing a slide crack. I put in a support ticket, literally the next day I was in the store returning the tv in exchange for store credit (at original price) and ended up getting an even better BIGGER tv due to their current deals. I bought a washer and dryer on contract and the company added a balance of a paid off item to the new contract a nd warranty fees which they will not remove making me the for the item 2 times and the new items should be $1800 and they are making me pay $5300 for a washer and dryer and will not change the contract. After purchasing $6,500 worth of appliances and electronics. I was sadly informed that I did not qualify for a $300 Cash Back promotion because the Hardware Kit that the Sales Rep said would qualify me for the promotion ended up not qualifying after all. After several attempts with the Store Manager (Derrick) and Corporate Headquarters, we continue to be denied. I have proposed to return the wrong Hardware Kit and purchase the qualifying Hardware Kit with no response. This is no fault to myself and was not aware of the promotion until the Sales Rep informed me while I was in the process of selecting a TV and sound bar. The fact that I am being "punished" for purchasing the wrong Hardware Kit blows my mind because as a customer, how am I to know which products qualify or not??? If I am told a product qualifies for a promotion, it falls on the Sales Rep and ultimately the Store Manager to take responsibility to honor the promotion. I will never purchase another item from Conn's nor do I recommend them to anyone. Unless you want to be "Conn'ed" I would recommend that you stay away from this retailer at all cost. read more

Having a friend explain to me here horrid experience and how Conn's has addressed the situation has caused them to loose my business now and in the future. She ordered some new furniture, came with free delivery and what she got was two men who were rude and vulgar. Making inappropriate comments to her about her body, wanting to know if she wanted to get with them. Asking if she was there alone, if she wanted more children. Even asking her mother about her. When she called the store they called the delivery men while they were still in her house making them become hostile towards her. They even came back to her house after 8PM. She wasn't home but they told her neighbor they had a package for her. When asking Conn's and their cooperate office about this they both claim innocent saying this is a third party and there is nothing they can do about it. So let's get this straight, you have strangers represent your company, go in to your customers homes and make unwanted gestures and comments and they're is not a single thing you can do? Again a prime example of how women can be objectified and nothing can be done. She should have called the police and told Conn's to come get there furniture. Instead she hid in her car with her daughter while these jerks finished delivering her furniture while her mother supervised. No person should have to leave their home and SHAME on you Conn's. read more
