    My Wife and I needed to upgrade our TV and decided to buy from Conn's on Hwy 6. We found a nice 86 inch Samsung TV we liked. It sold for $2299. We started the process to purchase it. Around 45 minutes later the Sales Lady came up to us and told us the price was wrong, it was really $2499. We asked to see the Manager and he told us that Conn's arbitrarily changes prices on their existing inventory and someone just "forgot" to change the price on that one. We argued that they should honor the price that was on it. He said he would see what he could do. An hour later he comes back and tells us his Superior would not budge on the price. So after 2 1/2 hours all I received was a Hard Hit on my credit report and plenty of frustration. They should have informed us of the price increase before they checked my credit. On a good note, we went to Best Buy and got an 85 inch Sony for $1499 and it only took 30 minutes !! And FREE delivery.

    Horrible customers service. We came in to purchased 4 Tvs and 1 soundbar. The store manager's named Jerry helped us out. He didn't mention about once you purchased the products, you can't return it. We had the soundbar less than 48 hours and it didn't stay connected to the device. So we went ahead and purchased a new one from different store today and that one works. That means the one we purchased from Conn's obviously has technical issue. And they didn't let us return or refund our money back. They offered to repair and it could take up to weeks. This is so inconvenient because we bought this for our business. We felt like they just like to take our money and don't care about their customers or not even knowing there's an issue on their products. So we recommend everyone to stay away from Conn's, especially this location.

    I ordered a chair online that was unsightly and hideous after minimal use within 6 months. Their Furniture is junk.

Then, I pull soaking wet clothes from the washing machine into a dryer and run it 54 minutes about 3 to 4 times for the clothes to dry. Sometimes, I have to press the start button many times before it start or wait 5 minutes. Washing machine is junk. I called him and he was VERY rude. Then I text him almost a week later for status and very rude. I asked to please pick up his junk washing machine, and he called once, while I was at work and never left a voice message or an email. If you rate his customer service, F minus is a good grade for him. He needs to pick up his washing machine and refund me please. Do not buy used appliances but new ones with warranties. Two washes should be no more than 3 hours and it will take 6. Wasted energy and sleep

    Can I give 0 stars? This company is so ridiculously unprofessional…read more Over a month ago I had a technician come and replace the gas from a broken cooktop. During the repair he either damaged or failed to remove all broken glass from one of the burners (left a piece of metal/screw in one of the burners - resulting that burner shorting out. I scheduled the technician to come back out - and they didn't properly book the appointment. Then they sent him out (a week after repair) and he never reported back to them - ends up he was released or they stopped using him for work. So they sent out a 'Master Technician'. He said he'd have to order a part and come back out and make the repair and see details of what the issue is when he has the part. That was a week or more after last technician had been to house. Well... after many weeks of waiting and numerous calls - all with a promised return call to get the service completed... nothing. Weeks of calls with no promised returned calls (in 30 minutes, by end of day, by Monday, etc...) They are full of shit! I have asked to talk to the owners, but nothing yet. They should have stepped in long ago TBH. Stay far away!

The fact that Cassie was extremely attentive and professional and Rudy coming out the same day and address issues with my fridge was awesome. Unfortunately the experience turned sour as the fix did not resolve my issue and I needed someone to come back out. Since Rudy did not change any parts, just provided "service", he let me know that if problem persists within 2 weeks, that would be the only time I would be able to have them come back out for a warrantied event. Within a week, I ended up calling same day back out for services. Suffice it to say, I was given the run around the whole day. The guy did not come during the scheduled time and even afterwards. He let me know that he needed to touch base with Rudy to see what he did and that he would come out after that. My better judgment understood these folks were not really about fixing issues more so than taking money and not holding on to their end of the bargain, so I reached out to another company and my problem is fixed. I could see if I was trying to jipp these guys and not pay, they had a trip charge and I was billed for some additional service...I paid. All I wanted to do is get my fridge fixed. I was transparent in the work already done, and I'm glad I was. I am sure they would have tried to tell me I would have needed a boat load of parts. These guys didn't look at the future value of money more so they looked at making the quick buck. If you want a place with questionable service and questionable follow up, choose service. If you want your appliance fixed and for a fair price, go elsewhere...
