Worst customer service ever. They are scammers and con artists. That's exactly where they get their name from. They will add warranty and insurance to your account, just to make you pay extra money. Won't accept your home owners insurance and try to stick you with the bill. They outsource the Representatives from another country who barely even speak English. First of all if I could give this store a negative score I would. This store has the absolute worst warranty company I have ever paid for ($500.). Their warranty states that if after 3 calls for the same problem they would replace the appliance. I have had problems with the ice maker since I bought this refrigerator. I have at least 10 calls to the GE warranty service (not to be confused with GE THAT WE ALL KNOW). They have sent out tech that told me stuff like "use a hair to melt the accumulated ice around the icemaker". Now I'm told ice maker is on recall. That was 2 weeks ago. I called warranty company and was told "no status " on part. In the meantime in a 101 degree temperature I'm having to purchase ice everyday. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Wow. I have about had it with this company. Highly do not recommend!!!! My husband and I just moved here and during the move our washer and dryer broke and someone told us about conns. So we figured why not, let's try it out. I DESPERATELY needed a washer and dryer since I have a 7 month old baby so I basically was going to get one no matter who the sales person was. So this kid who just moved here from Florida was our sales person and he was trying to make small talk and was saying how boring it is over here, so boring it makes you want to "f #%* your cousin" I obviously should have said something then and there and asked to work with a manager but I didn't... I was so focused on leaving with our washer and dryer. So basically after you agree to buy something they make you sign all of these things and tell you there's so many of them you don't need to read them (another lie, JUST READ THROUGH THEM) we needed up signing up to pay $160 a month for 36 months for WARRANTY when we CLEARLY only agreed to pay a one time free that would with us warranty for 2 years. He honestly didn't know what the heck he was saying or doing. I am so disappointed and will never ever make the mistake of coming here again or recommending anyone. Save yourself the stress and headache and just go to Home Depot, Lowe's, or big lots. ALSO they sent us a dryer that didn't even work so we had to have the technician come out twice! I started shopping for furniture about 2 weeks for my move, because I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed when it was time to move in. I visited the store about 3/4 times creating a shopping list before purchasing. Each time I was greeted by Brittany. She was an awesome sales associate. She was very friendly and patient with me as I shoppe (and asked 1,000 questions). When we placed our order I was told that I would have my furniture delivered on 5/6 after 6pm. On 5/5 around 8:30pm I received a text notifying me that my furniture would be here between 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. I called someone in the delivery department First thing in the morning on 5/6 and explained my situation she kindly said that she would adjust my time to after 6 pm. At 1:49 pm I received a call informing me that my driver was 15 minutes away. I was 40 minutes away from home, but I rushed over. The delivery communication is TERRIBLE! On my ride home, I spoke to someone in delivery 3 more times, they all told me that the delivery driver was still at his previous stop, they all told me they would contact the delivery guy. I knew he was at my home because I had to buzz him in through our gate. After noticing we weren't home the delivery driver called me. I explained to him what was going on and he said that NO ONE reached out to him today at all, but he would wait even thought he wasn't allowed to. When I finally made it home I realized that they sent the wrong bar stools! I called the store and no one could figure out what was going on! Purchased a TV as part of my furniture purchase and unit is no longer working. Conn's Warranty Dept is the WORST. They told me to take pictures and email them before my service appointment. It took almost a month for the tech to come out only for him to tell me and report back to the company that the cause of the problem was physical damage (after me telling him what had happened - not physical damage btw) and that it would not be covered (they are now saying that they don't cover accidental damage even though that is what I was told the warranty was for when I made my purchase). Everyone is giving me the run-around and I keep getting conflicting stories about what I need to do. I have paid on my account faithfully but can't get any assistance when it matters most. The problem is...our window air conditioner we bought went bad after the first year.. we bought a 2yr warranty.. we called for assistance...got a number to call and someone from India answered after waiting over 10 mins.. then they hung up.. this happened 2 times.. called the store.. exactly the same thing happened.. got hung up on after waiting.. this time 20 mins... and when we called back.. no one answered.. for several call backs... never buy from them..customer service is horrible.... really disappointed read more

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received. If you make the unfortunate decision to purchase anything from this location I would recommend you prepare yourself for a VERY frustrating process. I purchased a 4 piece appliance package and was told it would be delivered that week. I called to confirm my delivery the day before and was told they would be there the following day and to make sure someone was home. I took the day off work waited all day and noone showed up. I called only to find out my delivery was pushed to the following Friday after I had wasted my entire day waiting. The following Friday rolls around I again called to confirm delivery and was told yes they would be delivered again to have them waste another day and not show up. When I called back I was told it would be the following Friday. When I called to confirm the 3rd delivery date I was told that my order had been canceled and needed to come back to the store to repurchase the appliances I already purchased. The store manager Robert would not return my calls or even get on the phone to speak with me and try to resolve the issue. After multiple hours and days wasted I chalked the cancellation of this order a blessing in disguise. This is not anyone who deserves my business or anyone elses. I would tell anyone I know to avoid this location and this company as whole at all. They are HORRIBLE! Save your money and purchase somewhere else!! Worse experience ever, hands down!!! Bought a washer, dryer and twin bed on 6/27/20. First we were told the delivery was free and that we would get delivery on 7/3/20. After getting home and reading the paper work on line because they wont give it to you in the store(They email it to you). They charged us 149.99 took off 79.99 which left 70.00. The manager said he would fix it but it never got done as of today. Second, they charged us 321.00 for property insurance which they fail to mention at the store. Had to wait on "THAT EMAIL" to find this out. We have renters insurance, manager said to email proof he would take care of it. I emailed this 2 times and they said They did not receive it. I call the store on Sunday and asked if they received it, the girl that answered said no so i told her stay on the line i will email again. She put me on hold to find out, and that is were i stayed for the next 2 hours( No Lie). i drove from my house to the store which is over 50 miles to bring them a copy of proof of insurance. Which still is not fixed as of today. we sold the old washer and dryer on 6/30/20. Heres the kicker. I called to confirm delivery on 7/2/20 as required and was informed our delivery was scheduled for 7/10/20. I cant tell you how #*#**## pissed off I am now. We have no washer or dryer for going to be over a week with 5 people in the house, had to use a day off from work. We have bought 2 refrigerators, washer, dryer and range form them and never had a experience like this. I am thinking of not accepting delivery if i can get locally..BUYER BEWARE read more
