I went in found the one that fit and was simply to operate and wouldn't you know it the floor model was the only one left in the fabric I liked. Sales person contacted owner and he resolved the issue. He gave me the next model up at the price of the model I loved and discounted the delivery. When it arrived, the guys were pleasant and assembled it in minutes and went over the operating and warranty. I have purchased other furniture at Jordan's and they always service the customer, which is a rarity in todays world. And they honestly care about your furniture needs.
