The red onions are uncooked and fresh and diced on your pizza, and I would recommend a long slice instead of a dice for a topping? The mushrooms are small and put under the cheese, and I would rather have a larger/thicker mushroom slice as a topping? The ham is also cut small and taste good. The pepperoni is underneath the cheese and toppings, so you don't even know if you have it on the pizza, it's thin sliced pepperoni, so it doesn't get crispy and yummy like it would if placed on top of cheese, when it's baked or broiled in the oven. The pepperoni is good but I could barely taste it because it's buried under all the toppings. This pizza store likes to bury their toppings under the pizza, so the toppings really never get that broiled crispy flavor and taste of a roasted vegetable or a crispy meat. So everything so far is good, but then I get to the one flavor on the pizza that is taking over everything and that's the " sauce "... The sauce is tomato-based and you can tell that it's made from real tomatoes, but it is very sour and tart. If you like a tart sauce, then this is your pizza place, but it does- " take over every flavor on the pizza, and you're reminded of the sourness and tartness of the sauce with every bite! I would recommend adding a little white sugar to your sauce to kind of take the edge off that Sour level of flavor, and the sugar won't hurt the flavor/uniqueness of your sauce overall? The shining star on the pizza was the crust, which is almost perfect. The toppings were very fresh but cut in a small dice, and I would recommend letting your vegetables be free and wild cut, maybe sliced but definitely not small diced.? I would order pizza from here again I think because the delivery was fast and fresh, but I'm concerned about the tart flavor of the sauce! I would give my overall experience an eight out of 10, and the pizza itself a seven out of 10 because of the strong flavored sauce , burying the toppings, and a small dice on the toppings!
