She was very nice and took my order. I picked up my order a Medium Garden Pizza. It was Delicious!!! I'm glad I called back. I will definitely order from them again. The inside of Frank's is dark and dingy only a couple of tables which is fine it's more of an order and go place. The food is the star here which it should be. I told a few of my friends about going there and they said they are regular customers and had been for some time. They love Frank's and said wait till you try the other choices on the menu. I look forward to doing so!

When ordering - the person taking the order was not knowledgeable about the menu at all (it was our first time trying the restaurant). While waiting, 3 young women were talking negatively about having to work, complaining about customers, etc - very unprofessional. Our order was incorrect which was a result of the person not knowing the menu. We try hard to patronize independent restaurants in Middletown rather than the chains - we will give Lunas another try but hope this review will help management train their staff better and improve the experience!

A friend of mine who lives in Wilmington insisted that we eat here when I came to town. This is…read moreapparently one of two fantastic lunch spots, in his opinion. The interior was much more posh than what I first expected. It's pretty classy for a neighborhood deli, that's for sure! The main restaurant it's attached to is apparently a very nice dining experience as well. The selection is great for a mostly carry-out place. There are lots of traditional Italian items (lasagna, caprese salad, etc.) as well as more classic deli items (wraps, soup, etc.) and dessert. I got the Grilled Chicken & Veggie Caesar Wrap--totally delicious--loaded up with dressing, the way I like it. Although we only interacted briefly, the staff seemed very courteous and helpful. My friend told me that he comes here nearly every week and has never had a bad experience, which says a lot. I don't frequent Wilmington too often, but I would definitely come here again. Maybe I'll get the chance to wine and dine in the main restaurant soon?

The food sucked, this was nothing bad on DoorDash's end. Called to tell them how bad it was (spent $75 for a pizza, 12 boneless wings, ziti, and jalapeño poppers)- it was so bad, we threw it away and had cereal for dinner. When I called to tell them this (calmly and politely), they said "you ordered through DoorDash, we cannot help you" and then proceeded to hang up on me. Not sure how this place is still opened- will not order from them again.

Burgers were cooked perfectly and the gnocchi and the veal was tender. Linguine and shrimp was fresh. We got the garlic knots but also got an order of the pepperoni knots. They were amazing. 9/25/26 This hole in the wall dump is a joke. Service from Kim was all smiles and pleasant from her…read moreuntil I called to let her know I didn't get what I paid for. I ordered a cheesesteak and there was nothing but ground beef or turkey on my roll. The moment I told her over the phone that there was no steak on my cheesesteak, her tone and attitude changed drastically. She would barely let me talk. She was dismissive and outright rude. She even passed the phone around to untrained "chef" who got on phone and said verbatim "your just trying to get money from us" "I know what I made." He passed the phone back to Kim and told her why would you as a woman yourself let a man get on the phone with an attitude. She said "well it's only right to talk to the person who made it." This entire time I never mention a refund or anything. Kim told me to text her pictures of my "cheesesteak" and claimed the untrained "chef" made prime rib. After pictures were sent, she calls me back with no apology, no accountability but still had an attitude and suggested I come to back for a "chicken cheesesteak.'" Why would I even want to come back?? Then suggested a refund but have to wait if Carol comes in Monday and said she'll reach out to me after the weekend. Kim takes my name and number and claimed she'll leave a note on Carol's "desk" She slams the phone. 9/28/26 I called to ask for Carol and even she was a rude bitch over the phone. Still no apology after claiming she seen the pictures. I asked her why didn't I receive a call, she claimed there was no note left for her.. interesting. The amount of dismissiveness over the phone all because they can't accept the fact they served me something that was not steak is why this dump of a place is still in an empty mall. Even after carol claimed she issued a refund today it doesn't change the fact they would not have treated anyone else like that if it was people that look like them.
