I was told it wouldn't take long to do - when I checked in 2 weeks later I was informed the GameCube controller with drift could not be fixed so I picked it up (I was not charged). Another week went by and upon calling to check up I was told to wait another week or so. This went on for FIVE MONTHS. When the work was finally completed they only charged me for one controller which was at least a gesture of apology that went appreciated. Just 2 weeks ago, I had family up and we figured we would play some GameCube only to discover the remote no longer turns on without extreme fiddling with the power switch (has to sit in the perfect spot) and suddenly has severe drift. I should have had the insight to check their work immediately after receiving the remotes so I could have gone back asking for a refund. Had I known I'd be jerked around for half a year and left with a broken remote - I'd have bought the tools/supplies cleaned it myself.
