I had a rat infestation in my house for about a month. I tried catching them myself but only got a couple and decided to hire the professionals. Seth took care to make sure all entrances to my house were sealed and answered various questions I had regarding the rats. As of today all of the rats are gone and I am very happy. My only complaint is the front desk not booking me properly. I had to call multiple times to confirm and book appointments. A couple appointments I told them to book me for a couple hours because I still heard rat activity midway through the process, but the front desk waved me off and booked me for a 30 minute "trap check" appointment. However, when Seth came for those appointments he took his time and spent multiple hours at my house on several occasions sealing more entrances and setting more traps. Very happy with the workers but I think the process could have been sped up if the front desk had booked the workers properly and in a more timely fashion.

I reached out to 911 pest control and immediately got a price and was told they could be there that afternoon. Markus came out that afternoon, set up the rat traps, and less than 24 hours later, the rat was gone! The relief we felt was amazing as we were terrified in our own home. Even after he caught the rat, Markus came by every week for a month to make sure that was the only rat we had (thankfully it was). Markus was always kind, on time, courteous, and just a great guy! I highly recommend 911 pest control and they will forever be our go to for now on!

Thankfully, I found ProTech Pest Elimination and they completely turned things around. From the moment I spoke to Kaity in customer service, I knew I was in good hands. She was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. She listened to my concerns, explained the process clearly, and scheduled everything without any hassle. Her communication was top-notch, and she made what could've been a stressful experience surprisingly easy. When the technician arrived, I was equally impressed. He was friendly, respectful of the property, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, what to expect after treatment, and even gave tips on how to prevent future issues. I appreciated how thorough and transparent he was not to mention how effective the treatment was. Within a short time, the roaches were completely gone. Because I was so happy with their work, I ended up hiring them to treat another one of my properties that had an ant problem. Again, the service was seamless and highly effective. Same level of professionalism, clear communication, and best of all and no more ants. They have a 30 day warranty which provides the customer a piece of mind. ProTech is one of those rare companies that does exactly what they say they'll do, and does it well. They're prompt, reliable, and really care about solving the problem the *right* way. Highly, highly recommend them for any pest issues whether it's your home, rental property, or business. I'll absolutely be using them again if anything comes up in future.

We've had Jodi service our business and several of our houses over the years and after doing so, our spiders, ants, and/or roaches just disappear. Although she doesn't treat for bees, we called her last summer when a swarm invaded a tree in our backyard. She assured us they would be gone within 24-36 hours and then explained, in detail, exactly what the bees were doing and why. And sure enough, just as Jodi predicted, the swarm left just as quickly as they arrived. Jodi is kind, honest and has some insane integrity. She's not going to lie to you or promise something she can't do. (Although it seems as if there's nothing she can't do!) She goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service and she values her customers and their high opinion of the service she provides. Oh, and she is super funny too!
