When I declined to proceed, I later received an invoice for more than $3,474.90 beyond the original retainer. I was never notified that the retainer had been exhausted or asked to approve additional work before those charges were incurred. Because of this experience, I would recommend that anyone considering hiring this firm ask very clear questions about billing practices and when additional fees may be incurred.
