The Great Working with my lawyer Janel Cisneros has been fantastic. She is professional, punctual, keeps her word, and follows up on everything. She was everything I was hoping for in a lawyer, and would I absolutely work with her in the future. Highly recommended! 5/5 The okay The paralegals were very respectful and nice, I'll give them that. But there were some issues with them being asked to make a call or get a form, and then they just don't do it. It was frustrating to say the least, as I had to do a lot of the calling around and legwork in the early parts of the case when I was still recovering. Roswill and Lisa were great, but with the others there were issues. 4/5 The bad Towards the end of my case, I had some legal questions that were not a specialty of my lawyer, so she recommended another lawyer her firm works with named David Don. After calling over a few weeks, so scoffed at me, told me it was unfortunate what happened, but he just didn't want the case. A simple no would of been fine, but this guy just wanted to insult me, and was as rude as possible. This is a BIG red mark on The Husband and Wife Law Firm. Associating with someone who treats your clients like that is very insulting, and makes me question where this law firms morals are. My lawyer apologized later, but still a huge F for both here and Mr. Don. 0/5 Well, after a very long wait I was able to experience working with multiple people in this law firm. Janel was a rockstar, the paralegals have a lot to work with, but need a bit of tweaking on following through (except Roswill and Lisa). The David Don incident was a bad stain on my opinion of this place. But overall I'm giving this place a solid 4/5. I'm putting in 5/5 because yelp giving this place 3 point whatever is way too low, and they honestly deserve something in the 4-5 range. 5/5 range if they stop recommending David Don. Thanks again Janel and say hi to Roswill for me. Enjoy the gift! Edit: I received a call from someone working at the firm to inform me they are no longer recommending Mr. Don, nor are they working with his firm. A braggart about his 20 year experience and talked shit about his younger predecessor, who was a very good attorney, spelled my name correctly at least, planned and communicated. I'll take the 2 year lawyer who is hungry over this seemingly burned out, "fat cat" experienced attorney, cherry picking quick excuses, in personal injury cases. With no "bedside manner". I've been active client for almost 2 years, then this clown from Rafi Law comes, with no hope, telling me the claim was denied because the defense said the door worked at the time? (Long story) Excuses about the turn around and firing of the other attorneys before him, his experience was mentioned like 3 times versus the lack of years the previous attorney had and his was the first introduction call today. Apparently, I did not record the conversation this time, accidently. His paralegal has contacted me on egg shells 2 or 3 times before. Said, "we could not access the emails of the previous team, for about 190 days according to the VA paperwork", she read and dated. Breach of contract due to firms mis-organization or a lazy attorney prioritizing the quick settlements to pass off the work of trial cases. Who is Dean Fox and why is he jumping to every law firm in the valley? Is this common for attorney's to jump to every niched law firm for personal injury in the area? If this is corrected, I'll give another review, update... and podcast the issues and the resolution. Always record your conversations, it's a 1st party recording state in AZ, you don't have to tell anyone or get permission. It has saved me more times than I can count in this new era. @deanfox
