They were very responsive and flexible as a couple of us decided to change our minds for what we wanted. When we arrived, there was parking readily available, and the technicians were waiting for us. The salon is on the smaller side but very clean and inviting. Three of us got gel x full sets and one got a regular gel manicure. The experience was very soothing, and the technicians were gentle and checked in frequently to ensure the length and colors were to our liking. We were visiting from out of town but I'm looking forward to the next time I come to the Richmond area because I will for sure book another appointment!

I came for a pedicure (no polish) as I have neglected my feet for a while and I need to focus to get my feet to healthy state. It was great chatting with Nageen. Location is along Main Street with ample parking space around and also a bus stop on the corner - very accessible. Meeting Nageen for the first time was like meeting a new friend - very personable and friendly. Her concept of "Me Time" really appealed to me and I'm glad that she opened up a place like this -- a relaxing and quiet place to get pampered. I got the gel mani and regular pedi combo.
