We loved everything they did for our concrete patio. Overall the stamped pattern looks amazing, extremely happy we found them here on Yelp!

Rude, Unsympathetic, Unreasonable, Untrustworthy…read more.. My father had a prepaid headstone with this business in 2004, It took quite a while for them to return my calls, and typically no one answered at the shop. I finally got a hold of Eric Reichbart and he agreed to do what he could. He sent me an invoice for $4000 and I reminded of the prepaid headstone. He kept trying to convince me that they were not responsible for the previous owners commitments. and then we started to negotiate. After talking with a lawyer, I was advised they are responsible for the previous commitments and I called and talked to Eric's wife Pam, and she was horribly rude to me, combative after 15 mins she said you want to buy a headstone or not, I have to go. I said I said I wanted to resolve the issue and she hung up. My fathers wishes was that things would be handled for the family so that we did not need to worry about the expense or hassle of arrangements. So he prepaid for everything. The burial site, the funeral services and monument were all prepaid in 2004, transactions with those other companies went without issue. The website it says "We are a family owned and operated business established in 1921 and serving the community for four generations" They agreed they have the paperwork from my father, acknowledge the payment, they have been nothing but combative about this.

This is currently happening to me right now. Horrible business…read more I had the same issues that so many have commented on in other reviews. When my mom passed away, I needed to only have the date of death inscribed on the stone. The stone was purchased many years ago at Giordano's when my dad passed away . My mom's name and date of birth were already inscribed on the stone. We were told at that time, when my mom passed, the date of death would be inscribed at no cost as part of the original purchase. After going back and forth for months with this company, I went to another company. They would not honor the original agreement and were going to charge me. They are impossible to reach, despite leaving several messages. Funny they still have the Giordano name attached to the business , but don't honor it. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. After doing my due diligence and receiving a few quotes for an interior basement drainage system,…read moreGroundworks Certified Field Inspector, Sunny Kauser, is who won me over with his knowledge, professionalism and competitive pricing. I was never rushed or meant to feel pressured to e-sign on the dotted line in any way. Everyone was great starting with Sunny to Linda & Katie in the home office who took care of all scheduling and notifications, Field Supervisor, Ray, who put my mind at ease when I had a million questions and finally Ramon, Aldrin & Joel who exceeded my expectations to insure the arduous back-breaking work over a 3 day period was perfect and on-point. Everyone treated my house and this project as their own so for that, I am forever grateful to this entire team. No detail was too small or problematic. I will definitely be recommending Groundworks and their phenomenal team to all my family, friends and neighbors. Thanks so much!

Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Disrespectful of Customers' Time…read more I scheduled an appointment with this company and took an entire day off from work specifically to accommodate their visit. On top of that, I spent an additional entire weekend preparing everything for their arrival so the work could be completed as scheduled. Day of work was confirmed. At 8:00 a.m. on the morning they were supposed to arrive, they canceled the appointment. Not days in advance. Not even the night before. They waited until the morning of the scheduled appointment to inform me they wouldn't be coming. They followed up with 3 variable stories from being overbooked to an ER visit for reasons why they cancelled. I lost day of work, an entire weekend of preparation wasted, and absolutely nothing accomplished. Canceling an appointment at 8:00 a.m. might be convenient for them, but it's incredibly disrespectful to customers who have rearranged their lives and invested considerable time preparing. It's a complete lack of professionalism and total waste of my time. Take your business elsewhere. Find a company that values your time, honors its commitments, and understands that professionalism means more than simply putting a date on a calendar.
