I used connect at four times now and every time Something went wrong or was off. The first time I couldn't get into the car due to a systems failure - yet was charged for the ride later (and never reimbursed), the following times the car was embarrassingly dirty inside and out, and the last (and final!) time I had extended the reservation which then (again due to a bug in the system?) reset to the old time. When I called the service center they were very unapologetic and told me to suck it up and to go elsewhere if I was truly as unhappy with their service.
