Unfortunately, due to a staffing issue on All My Sons' end, the movers did not arrive until approximately 3:00 PM -- a six-hour delay. To be clear, I do not blame the movers who eventually came out. They were put in a difficult situation and did their best under the circumstances. My issue is with how All My Sons handled the situation and the lack of accountability for the significant disruption it caused. A six-hour delay is not a minor inconvenience when you have an entire move and other services scheduled around a specific start time. The delay disrupted our day and resulted in additional unexpected labor costs that we had to absorb. After the move, I emailed All My Sons to explain the situation and requested that management review what happened and consider some type of compensation or adjustment to our bill. I have received no response. Things happen, and I understand that unexpected staffing issues can occur. What is disappointing is that we were left to absorb the consequences of a six-hour delay caused by their staffing issue, and then our concerns were completely ignored when we reached out afterward. Based on our experience, I would expect much better communication, accountability, and customer service from a professional moving company.

Apparently she told me if I wanted to keep all her things to at least pay for their service in which I did. Good thing we coordinated because I just moved in to my new place and needed all the furnishings. I met the minimum for their service and they provided a reasonable contract and in turn everything turned out great! She even told how they carefully wrapped and packed up everything as well. My husband is out on deployment and has given me power of attorney to handle his affairs. This has caused me to miss work for over a month. I asked their representatives what it was I needed to have my car shipped to me. I have been on hold with various institutions for hours and have faxed and overnighted several different documents to ensure my car was shipped. Costing many hours, and a lot of money. The missing information they neglected to tell me (after asking them what I needed many times on different occasions ) delayed the shipment of my car for over a month. I'm not only furious, when I called again today "Angel" was very condescending toward me and stated "everything you need to know is on the website mam" ....I have read their website and never saw all of these requirements...there are many for my particular situation. You'd think people who work for the company would know what I needed. As I have been over my situation with them many, many times. But failed miserably to accommodate after I have spent thousands of dollars with the company. "Angel" continued to have a huge attitude and interrupt me numerous times, cutting me off..and just over all a horrible rep. After picking up the phone even she said "Hello Matson" and then sighed for like four whole seconds clearly displaying her utter contempt for her position.
