Went in to fill out my electronic paperwork which was great and saves more trees! (As I am a huge stickler for the environment). He was not pushy ~ he did not overly recommending things, just to bring in dollars to his office... He was genuinely concerned for the well-being of my teeth & mouth. Even having the office staff call and check on me the day after I had, had extensive dental work done... They called just to check and see if everything was OK and how I was feeling... THEY CALLED TWICE!!! Does your office do that?? I highly recommend Dr. Dele ~ his staff is extremely friendly and kind... The place was impeccably clean... Best. Dentist. Ever. You will not regret it! I had so many issues with my teeth last year...there…read morewas one in particular that was so, so painful and it eventually cracked due to my constant clenching. I think I was in her office at least twice a month for one thing or another, but Dr. Duarte and her ENTIRE team were extremely patient and kind. When I broke my night guard, they made me another one and rushed the order. When I lost that night guard, Dr. Duarte made me a temp one until I was eligible to get a custom-made one via insurance. Even though I was in her office all the time, her staff were very compassionate every time they saw me, and she expertly explained all of my options and let me decide, instead of just jumping straight to extraction. Well, my poor tooth finally cracked (down through the roots) and I was in desperate need of an extraction. Dr Duarte referred me to an excellent surgeon who extracted my tooth the SAME DAY! I have been with Dr. Duarte for several years now and it was the best decision ever.

I was having a sharp pain in my back upper molar and I believed I needed a root canal but the x-rays showed no problem. He suggested it might be a sinus infection and gave me antibiotics. It cleared up immediately. The rest of the staff are friendly and efficient and do a good job of my bi-annual cleanings. I highly recommend Dr. Baptiste and his staff.

Used to be a great dentist. Then the staff changed out and weekend appointments went away. My last…read morethree visits they have had to reschedule my appointment multiple times. One time they rescheduled one minute before my appointment. I understand things happen but the rescheduling was a trend item and common occurrence. My last appointment was for 8:00 am when they first opened. The staff trickled in between 8- 8:20. The xray equipment didn't work and the office was generally dirty. Stained carpet and dusty shelves. The dental staff itself is good. The place really needs to be managed better.

I ended up paying a large bill for treatment that would be covered if they did the treatment on separate days. The office was very difficult and unprofessional to deal with and gave me the run around. They just rack up as many things as they can to pad the bill. I still am not sure they even did the costly procedure. My insurer said it is impractical that both billed procedures are done the same day. Which is why they don't cover it if done the same.

They worked with us on appt day and time, they took me after hours and made the 3+ hr procedure as comfortable for me as possible (I was a nervous wreak!) the staff is so friendly and funny, my husband enjoyed the waiting room time with them.
