We finally reached it! However, I do think they overcrowded the cave, which can take away from the experience. The day that we went, there was a field trip there so that could've been the main reason. The staff were really polite about explaining the crowd. And I overall enjoyed myself for sure! I just wish they would not crowd the caves as much as they do.

I didn't actually go down because my one friend wasn't able to walk the distance. So we sat around the fire and enjoyed a good chat. The friends that went down really enjoyed themselves and took some very nice pictures. I hope to go one day, but my experience just sitting there was so enjoyable and one of the workers even came and started the fire so we could be cozy. We took some time in the gift shop and enjoyed looking around and my friend even bought an rock apple for her daughter. I'm spacing on the stone. It's made out of but her daughter loved it since she's a teacher. I definitely wanna come back when I have an opportunity to go down into the fall because it looks like it's a lot of fun!

We spent about three hours exploring the grounds, which were much larger than they appeared at first glance. It was a hot day, but the experience was still enjoyable thanks to shaded paths, cool underground sections that offered a break from the heat, and a few misting stations--Steve even lifted Luna up so she could enjoy the mist too. We took plenty of breaks, stayed hydrated, and sought out shade whenever possible. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable experience. We highly recommend bringing your pet-just be sure they're comfortable with the heat and that you take the proper precautions to keep them cool and safe on hot days.

Soooo happy we did. We spent over 4 hours here! We took our time wandering through all the trails and caves. We did spend an hour or so taking a break from the rain and had lunch at Cafe 7. The Chili Bowl was delicious but lukewarm. I had the Mistletoe Mule and my mom had a Spiked Cider. Both were great. Buy tickets online and they're $20 per person cheaper! For $24 person, I felt like this was a great value since we pretty much spent the whole day here. I LOVE that there was no guided tour and that we could just wander around at our own pace

As the train climbs higher, the Incline gets steeper, which, for me, was exciting and scary at the same time. There's a recorded history that plays to give some background along the way. The views are beautiful both going up and down, so no complaints there. Where it lost points for me is the price. $22 per person (13+) feels pretty steep for such a short experience. It's 10 minutes up and 10 minutes back down. For our family of four, that came out to $88 which didn't feel like a great value. At the top, there are observation decks, a bar, and a souvenir shop with snacks and fudge. I was expecting more unique souvenirs related to the Incline or Lookout Mountain, but the shop's main focus was Moon Pies. Also, not having clear prices on items was frustrating. We had to ask about a couple of things. Overall, it was an unique experience. Not sure if we would do it again at that price.

It's a great ride to introduce friends to Chattanooga and to be able to look out and see the city and surrounding states. Make sure your friends don't have issues with height before you go. I had two friends, who were not prepared for how sharp the incline is. For some reason, they thought we would be on flatland once we got to the top, but the railroad is inclined the entire top stop. We enjoy looking out at the surrounding states and then going down to the bottom floor to look at how the rail system works. Don't forget to stop in the gift shop as they had some of the best shortbread cookies. I've been two other times and these were a new item. I'll definitely return if I have friends in town visiting!

I love supporting local businesses. As for the balloons from VroomVroom, these are adorable. They are a splurge. I debated making my own but decided I didn't want the stress and once I looked at the cost of buying supplies I would need and the time I would spend, I decided to just go ahead and place the order since it would be the "wow" factor when people walked into my home for my party on May 1. To have VroomVroom install, your order must be $600 at minimum. I believe I spent around $380 so I didn't go for the install and just picked up my garland - which the owner did carry out to my car for me. It was beautiful and full. It was SO easy to hang. I attached the garland on 2 places on my banister in my foyer. Photos attached. May was definitely a busy time for them and they are booming in business. I went in person to pick out my balloon colors and place my order face to face. I also placed my order weeks in advance because I know the spring is so busy for party vendors. I'm so happy I went for it and ordered these. And the garland lasted for 3 weeks! I then took it down and let a friend use it for a party she hosted. The balloons had gone down some but were still adorable. Now just remember- these balloons were inside, in a climate controlled environment. I'm sure if outside and in extreme temps, they wouldn't last long. But what Balloon would? I will order again for a special occasion and love the backdrop and photo opportunities!

However, I decided to take him here only because I haven't experienced anything bad and it was his birthday. I have a husky and he's a little older but not old and super gentle. But he absolutely hates being humped and if my dog did the same, I will handle my dog. But I had to chase my dog for 20 minutes because this dog whose owner was on the other side not aiding or handling their dog was trying to hump. Kept licking my dog's sanitary areas, and just kept jumping on the back to hump. My dog may be getting a little old but he tried listening to my commands to just go to the other side. This dog just kept following. I think the wife who was holding her small dog just kept commenting on how it's a normal thing and also commented how I brought a child with me. First of all, my daughter is fine, my husband is with me too, but man she pissed me off. I literally did not touch the dog until my dog started to become EXTREMELY defensive and started to yelp. Literally not being dramatic but he just wanted to pee but these dogs were not allowing him do normal dog stuff. Thankfully the other nice lady whose dog was also humping was being handled but the other dog. Omg. I don't recommend coming here anymore. It's not bark park anymore it's fight park now. Some owners just needs to be a little more attentive and handle their dogs.
