Although, I was surprised to see the Halloween and fall decor were on clearance before Halloween was here. (I was here a few weeks earlier in October to look at travel supplies.) The store is organized for most part. I found what I was looking for, but noticed products were spread out and not organized like lined up, stacked. But that's OK, at least it has a price tag on the item so I didn't have to guess. Although I did find some seat cushion that I had no idea how much they were so I left those behind. As for service, I saw one cashier. She did not spark a conversation with me like she did with the couples in front of me, but was professional - "did you find everything OK? Are you a perk's member? But to my surprise Bachman's was much more than that. Maybe that has always been the case, but I only realized it today having to spend some extra time there today. First of all of course they have wonderful plants and flowers. 3 distinct areas for that. One for indoor plants/bouquets, one large outdoor area for perennials I believe and one partial covered area for annuals. But looking closely I saw so many unique buys that I didn't expect to see. They had outdoor /patio garden furniture, and many furniture decor items. They have a very good selection of pillows/throws in the garden/tropical theme. Better than At Home where I went shopping for garden pillows last week. Along with bouquets, there is a chocolate section, jewelry section, and women's clothing section. If someone was wanting to pickup something for their significant other, this place has everything and more you could add you to that gift. (And also a whole variety of greeting cards. Even Mickey Mouse themed ones!) For those shopping for themselves, the women's clothing area even had a fitting room. Who would have known ?! Nice touch The gift here had many more things, kitchen gadgets, games, baby items, etc It will definitely be a place for me to shop for any gift giving times. The Fridley location here has a huge parking lot and is next to a Sam's club off of University Ave

I came in specifically to look at Joybird sofas as they are an authorized retailer and have sofas on the sales floor. Its scary to make an online purchase (and such a large, custom purchase) without touching and feeling an item, so I was thrilled to learn this store was so close to home and had what I was looking to purchase. I had a great time working with Kristin. After countless emails and a couple visits to the store I ordered my sofa, and also ended up with a chair and lamp. Kristin was great to offer her designer opinion while listening to mine and helping me make the big decision based on my existing home design. They offer financing (OAC) and 'white glove' delivery (they take all the packaging stuff with them when they leave, set the item in the room of your choosing) just like Joybird, but they will for other items you purchase there, too. The kicker is the 2 week in home trial period. Keep it for two weeks and if you decide you hate it they will take it back to the store and offer you store credit to replace the item. This really eased my worry about spending 2K on a sofa I may not like as much in person. I can't wait until it arrives! They also have home decor items here, like pillows and lamps. Its a super fun place to just look around and get inspiration, or fall in love with a custom fox lamp which would totally look amazing on your nightstand. Or maybe that fun mounted anatomical model of a heart on your desk. Or maybe that chair with acrylic arms. You get the idea... Inventory is changing constantly, so visit often. See you there!

I wasn't sure if I could afford it so I had her price out a chair for me it was $1100 but they had a 20% off sale so it would be $880. I'm new to furniture shopshopping so I went to another store later (La-Z-Boy) and it was comparable to that. I walked in at 20 minutes to closing on a Sunday night, but Billie didn't seem rushed at all. I was the one saying "let's just wrap this up. Can you give me something to look at online?"
