She ensured me that all the cleaning would exceed our expectations so we went ahead and booked them in. Following the cleaning services, our floors were sticky and spotted, large parts of the house were completely untouched and very obviously dirty high-contact services were not cleaned. I spoke to Laura following this service and she ensured me that if I emailed her pictures of the work that was done, she would have the customer service manager call me back. That was nearly 7 weeks ago. I have called and left a message as well as emailed but there has been no response from anyone from the company. The work they did was not even close to being the +$600 that they charged. If I knew I would have to re-clean all of the house again, after the cleaners, I would have just done it once by myself the first time.
