I was expecting Griffin. Things progressed well until I asked for some of my screens to be wiped with a damp cloth as per my communication with Griffin. My request was declined. I am assuming for safety reasons as one would need to access the windows with the use of the ladder. Later, I showed the windows that needed to be done at the front of the house. I was asked to check the windows to determine if all was satisfactory. I did notice one that needed more attention and Kyle did redo that one. I gave him the greenlight to pack up and go. Once in my bedroom, I noticed one other window was forgotten about. I am taking half the blame. I reached out to Griffin and he asked for a picture via text which I did send. I was told that they cannot return to do one window and I was offered a refund for the one outstanding window. To make a long story short, I have yet receive anything for that one window and I have not been successful in connecting with either of them. I am simply being ignored. This is to inform people that it is best to have a written contract in these types of arrangements to avoid dissapointment.

I don't understand how they need 6 hours for that. They called me at the end of their time slot to let me know that they needed two more hours. I was in a meeting and missed their calls (all within 10 minutes of each other). When I followed up with them about it, they sent me "before" photos of my kitchen covered in dirt. The dirt was not from me, the cleaners knocked over my plants and covered the kitchen in soil and tried to say that was the "before". I asked them if they could come back to finish the job and they said " at this moment the cleaners are already at another unit and we are fully booked. Therefore, we are not able to send someone back to your unit at this time." not offering any other dates or times to come finish the job. I know they're gonna reply and say the kitchen dirt wasn't why they needed more time and that they actually stayed another 13 minutes (debatable) but ultimately a really negative experience. Definitely pre-deep-clean your condo for their cleaning to take the quoted amount and sit by your phone the whole several hour period because you can't miss their call when they inevitably hit you up for more money.
