Hired them for a move-out clean, a total of 4 hours labour. They did not finish the job, said they…read moreneeded 2 more hours and $90 more. This is a 1 bed/ 1 bath condo left in good condition. I don't understand how they need 6 hours for that. They called me at the end of their time slot to let me know that they needed two more hours. I was in a meeting and missed their calls (all within 10 minutes of each other). When I followed up with them about it, they sent me "before" photos of my kitchen covered in dirt. The dirt was not from me, the cleaners knocked over my plants and covered the kitchen in soil and tried to say that was the "before". I asked them if they could come back to finish the job and they said " at this moment the cleaners are already at another unit and we are fully booked. Therefore, we are not able to send someone back to your unit at this time." not offering any other dates or times to come finish the job. I know they're gonna reply and say the kitchen dirt wasn't why they needed more time and that they actually stayed another 13 minutes (debatable) but ultimately a really negative experience. Definitely pre-deep-clean your condo for their cleaning to take the quoted amount and sit by your phone the whole several hour period because you can't miss their call when they inevitably hit you up for more money.

They quoted me a good price, had safety insurance & delivered on the work they said they would. They also pointed out some additional issues that I have and I asked if they could do the work. They were smart & honest enough that they said they didn't do that type of work. I would definitely recommend this company if you need gutters cleaned, windows washed or some general house maintenance.
