Balcony right at the pool right on the ocean

Condo apartment 109-S is very neat very clean and updated in furniture. Crescent Shores - S 109 because obviously is individually owned by an owner and their family and stay there on their vacation so not only is it well kept and up-to-date but maintained beautifully. It is also decorated beautifully. Everything was clean and there is plenty of utensils pots pans and dishes. Location is absolutely perfect being so close to the water. The only thing is when it looks like you have other rentals or people from the town can get passes for the pool they were playing very loud radios and being on the first floor was not enjoyable. But mention it wasn't enjoyable sitting at the pool when I had my music very low and they came and blasted their music. That's something you still need to police unfortunately. the staff building we're very helpful and polite.

Scheduled last minute trip. On-line pictures from Condo World were in no way representative of what we received. Staff at CondoWorld told us if we were that unhappy, we could pack up and go home and they would refund our money within a couple of weeks. They were rude and very unprofessional. Some of the staff we dealt with were Allison, Tina Carmichael, Erica, Dawn, Hollie, Alisha. Do NOT rent Unit 5E, Crescent Sands, Crescent Beach. It is filthy, antiquated, mold on bathroom vents, dust, rust everywhere, furniture broken, dirty, fridge filthy, no closet in master bedroom, just a metal hangar for your clothes. Drawers in bedroom furniture had a nasty smell. Bathtub was barely wider than a roll of paper towels. Artifical fingernail on nightstand in 2nd bedroom, lampshades filthy, stained, switch plates didn't fit holes in wall, door trim everywhere was chipped. It would take me hours to list all the nastiness of this Unit.

No beach access. Not sure why I was moved to a place where I can't enjoy the amenities when the places I requested were open.

Update 1/6/2020 Ben reached out to us on Dec 26, 2020 to make things right and we were satisfied with his response. We currently have a reservation for March 2021 and are looking forward to hopefully having a wonderful vacation as in June 2020. We booked 2 vacations in 2020 through Condo-World, the first in June 2020 for a week at Crescent Towers II and everything was wonderful. The second vacation in Oct 2020 did not go as well. We got a call on the drive down from Ohio that our unit in we had booked a month prior (Bahama Sands) was having work done and we could not stay there so there and they had booked us at North Shore Villas. We requested another unit at Bahama Sands but apparently nothing was available but according to their website there were several available. We got to North Shore Villas and there was a lot of work being done to the balconies and outside common areas. So we couldn't use the pools, hot tubs, at times our ocean front balcony or the private beach access. We were disappointed in our October stay.

I just returned from my stay at Ashworth and wasn't too thrilled. 1. I have stayed at several condo world facilities and have never had such a filthy bathroom. Like months of not cleaning. The floor was beyond disgusting. 2. The lazy river and one of the main pools was shut down due to 'covid'. However, the properties next door had all pools and the lazy river open. So it was a willy-nilly decision on the part of the management. I called ahead of time to ensure that all pools would be open and was told that they would. So I was extremely disappointed in half of the pools being closed. When I called about it on day 2 - I was informed that each property made their own decisions. I feel I should have been informed so that I could have made another choice. I am paying for all amenities... and while I under stand the work out room situation. To close the lazy river seems ridiculous (especially since next door all outdoor pools were open). This is the first time I have ever complained about a stay at a condo-world property. I have emailed this complaint as directed when I call in to an 'Allison' twice and the general mailbox once. Absolutely no response. If I would attach pictures of the filthy bathroom I would. On 7/8 Dawn from Condo World called and I have been refunded the cleaning fee. So I feel that some effort was made with this issue.

Rented a 3 bedroom condo for 3 birthdays. This condo was filthy. The ceiling was leaking, floors were sticky, and there was mold growing from the wall vents. When you speak to Oceans one property, they say speak to Condo World about the hideous conditions, and then u contact condo world and they say go through the resort. This was over $2000 for 3 nights!!! If I could choose zero stars for this I would. #oceansonemyrtlebeachsc

Crumbs in the kitchen and living room. Only thing that was 'done' by cleaners was new trash bags in the bathroom cans. There is toothpaste spit on the mirrors, beard hair on counters, toothpaste and hair in the sink and on faucet. Absolutely ridiculous that the cleaners leave a rental in this state. I had to go buy cleaning wipes and wipe everything down myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Our favorite place was on the balcony and the ocean view! The cleanliness of the condo is a different story and not up to par for what we expected. I don't think the furniture in the main living area has ever been deep cleaned and it smelled that way. One of our group slept on one of the bottom bunk beds and got what we thought was melted butterscotch candy on her clothes. Disgusting. It took a minute to get that out of her clothes! Unfortunately, over the past few years, we've noticed a significant decline. Cleanliness has become a recurring issue. We've had to call housekeeping back multiple times because the initial cleaning was not done well. This past year, there was hair on the toilet paper holder, visible dust in several areas, and the indoor glass tables looked like they were wiped with harsh cleaners, leaving them streaky and cloudy. In the past, if something wasn't right, we could call and it would be taken care of quickly and professionally. This year felt very different. The hot tub was broken, and instead of a straightforward apology or resolution, the issue seemed to be brushed off. We also had random sheets placed in our elevator that we didn't request, which added to the confusion. What was most disappointing was that when my mom left a review on their site, parts of it were altered and the negative feedback was removed--even though she still gave a generous 4-star rating. As long-time renters, it's frustrating to see the quality and customer service go downhill like this. We've made many great memories over the years, but we hope to see improvements moving forward.

Had to do a serious downgrade to my review …read more.. After a few days on property and being impressed, that original notion has been wiped away. After you see behind the nice location and listed things to do, you will find out there are seriously lacking things to bring this a 4 or 5 star rating. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and modern, with an incredible view of the beach and a well-stocked kitchen with practically everything you could possibly need including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and ice maker in the freezer. It also included all of the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and utensils you could use, which was great for us since we cooked multiple meals during our stay. An unexpected but wonderful surprise was the paperback novels in the drawer, which I enjoyed reading on the 2 beautiful balconies. There was seating and sleeping for up to 10 people and the space felt light and airy with colorful seaside decor. The beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was almost a luxury. The pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers were all great and the location couldn't be beat - only a mile away from shopping and less than 5 miles away from any type of cuisine you could imagine to eat when dining out. Now the not so good - the breakfast buffet does not have very many options and is grossly overpriced for what it offers. Yes, there is an omelet / waffle station, but it was very difficult to get the attention of the person doing the cooking and he seemed irritated when asked to actually make something. The maintenance person called us to tell us that the master shower had an issue with a broken handheld shower hose, which he would fix while we were here, but we didn't see him after that during our 5 day stay because the part had to be ordered and it was a holiday weekend. The kitchen is well stocked with everything except cleaning supplies and there is no housekeeping, so we had to buy our own dishwashing liquid to do dishes, paper towels, and scrubbies to be able to hand wash dishes. They only provided a single kitchen trash bag and a single dishwasher pod as well as one kitchen washrage and one kitchen towel. When we called down to the front desk to have someone bring us more, it took 2 phone calls before someone came and dropped them off. All in all, the stay was relaxing and wonderful with only minor inconveniences. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on the beach with all of the comforts of home. The owners of this condo are to be commended on how well they decorated and stocked it.

This resort is described as a…read morepremier (3-star) oceanfront timeshare resort featuring 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom suites in four towers with full kitchens, lots of pantry space, balconies, and within-unit washers and dryers. Resort amenities are abundant and include direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, (small) lazy rivers, a fitness center, an arcade, and a fire pit. We made a relatively late reservation here for five nights when we learned that international guests would be visiting. There would be seven guests (all adults) for two nights, and only four of us for the other three nights. We used extra timeshare points (making it more expensive) in order to get a unit on an upper floor, hoping that the upper floor would give us the best ocean view. Unit. (3/5). Our unit in Tower 2 was spacious (especially when there were only 4 of us), and had everything that we needed and was clean. We especially appreciated the fully-stocked full kitchen with generous pantry space, having a washer and dryer in the unit, and the jacuzzi in the main bedroom (which we under-utilized!). The beds were comfortable, and had high quality linens. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the unit as our ocean view was limited (although you could see the ocean, beach, and one of the pools from our balcony). And, as the resort was built in 2002, and last renovated in 2011, it's now beginning to show its age -- with sofas and chairs that were no longer firm, some chips on furniture, and the musty smell that comes with high humidity. Amenities and Activities. (3.5/4). Tower 2 was convenient, and had many amenities that we utilized. It was home to the Lobby and Registration, had direct beach access, a lazy river, access to indoor and outdoor pools, game room/arcade, activities center, gift shop, and fire pit. As with our room, some of the amenities need upgrades. For instance, the hot tub was lukewarm at best, and the markings on the shuffleboard had eroded off. The resort also had a full calendar of "Resort Experiences", which included arts and crafts, shows, fitness classes, and more. HOWEVER, we were three days in before we even learned that there were resort activities, as we weren't given a schedule at check-in. For instance, we would've gone to the Sunday evening "Karaoke Welcome Party" at the fire pit, but we weren't aware. We DID enjoy the "Hula Fire Show" a few nights later. A few other random points. (1) Parking could be challenging if it's important to you to have parking close to your unit. If not, there's plentiful parking (and a free shuttle, which we didn't utilize) behind Tower 4. We were able to get parking in Tower 2 most evenings, except one evening when we got back late. (2) we were surprised that the concierge did have discount tickets to the shows in Myrtle Beach that we wanted to attend. (3) we would stay here again, but probably wouldn't pay extra again for a higher floor.

Everything from concierge to pool bar was clean and the personnel were friendly. I wasn't…read morenecessarily sure what to expect not being owners of the property but everyone was so helpful.
