A structural engineer referred me to Sure Safe Foundation Systems over 12 years ago, and I've been referring them out ever since. What makes them stand out is their patented system. It repairs and replaces foundations for significantly less than what traditional contractors charge. That alone is huge for sellers trying to close without blowing their net proceeds or without the potential buyer canceling. We have been able to prevent home sales from falling apart because a traditional foundation report came in at 75k-100k. We immediately got Suresafe in, and they were able to complete the work for a quarter of the price, all because of their system. But honestly, besides that, it's the people. Family-owned, and it shows. From the office staff to the crew in the field, everyone is professional, patient, and easy to work with. My clients always come back and say how much they liked them. If you own a home in San Diego and need foundation work, call Suresafe first. They are really awesome.

The best part was the wonderful job they did fixing my foundation. My home is a much older home than most. Asael knew my home's foundation needed extra attention and care. He succeeded in doing so. Him and his men went above and beyond; if he saw something that needed extra work or more joists was needed that is what he gave. I give them an A-1 rating and a job well done for the Full Seismic Retrofit. The original part of this house was built 1903, added on 1923, 1997. This house should last another hundred or so years now. They cleaned up everything, replaced everything they moved. Asael, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for not only the wonderful job you did but, for being so careful with my irreplaceable Christmas ornaments and my faux Christmas tree, (top part is being held together by nails). He kindly put my tree ornament box on wooden planks to keep it off the dirt and within easy reach. *After 8 hr job under the house, still smelt nice. I'm so thankful that I found Laser ReLevel Inc…read more I purchased my mobile home about a year and a half ago and at that time, I had a contractor do a "basic relevel" as I didn't know any better or that there was a difference at that time. When Joshua came to look at my house, it turned out it was between 3/4 and 1 inch off on one side and definitely needed precision laser guided releveling! He was very knowledgeable and came the same week that I called him for an estimate. The job was completed the following week all in just one day! He and his crew were very professional, and they explained everything every step of the way. He also recommended an interior support for my living room ceiling as one of the previous owners had removed a loadbearing wall which could be detrimental to the ceiling and roof structure. He used a laser to accurately determine the leveling of my mobile home and even brought a robot camera underneath the house so he could show me exactly what was going on. Joshua brought two crew members with him, supervised the work personally, and the entire team was fast, friendly, professional, and efficient. What really stood out was the pride he takes in his work. As part of the leveling, he made sure all of my doors were properly adjusted and functioning correctly. The previous contractor had done a terrible job installing them, and Joshua took the time to fix the issues and make them right. He also repaired my skirting, fixed my gutter drain, and took care of several other small things he noticed along the way without me even asking. It's rare to find someone who is this honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. He clearly cares about his customers and wants the job done right--not just done quickly. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, fairly priced, and stands behind his work, I highly recommend Joshua.
