The entire process was an amazing experience! Everything went very smooth and the entire team was very professionally.

i'm leaving this review because sometimes credit reporting agencies get a bad rap because there's a lot of bad credit reporting agencies out there I got lucky I found Concred Credit and trusted they would do the job, They said they would do, and they did. I am 100% happy, my credit right now is amazing and it wasn't. It was terrible when I hooked up with their company so for any of those who are doubtful, my experience with Concred credit was amazing , It took a while, but Claudia said it would so there were no surprises there either. I would recommend her to anybody looking to get good credit back again thank you. Great job Claudia read more

I was very nervous and skeptical about using a credit repair company to help me rebuild my credit for a home purchase. Since the beginning Claudia at Concred made me feel secure and confident. Right away I started seeing her work her magic. We are now about to go into escrow. Claudia actually over-deliver on the results. I've never had even close to fair credit, but now I enjoy the results of good credit. I will for sure recommend Concred to family and friends. read more

Claudia is amazing to work with. She is well versed and knowledgeable in her industry. She not only helped me fix my credit but she made me aware of hidden issues that I had no idea were going on. Sebastian the credit analyst was on top of communication as to what was needed from me in the process. In all Concred works wonders and I am happy to recommend them to everyone. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars! I have never written a bad review about anywhere, or anyone before, but this time it's very much deserved! They say they will "remove" negative things on your reports before you pay, but here we are a year later, and the majority of things I paid to be "worked on" haven't been touched. I paid $1,620 for not much! They say my contract period is up, so they're done! Don't trust them, read the contract, and when they say "work on," it means they promise no results whatsoever! Beware!!! read more

Claudia is the best in the business and delivers beyond expectations! If you need anything improved on your credit report, you would would be best served by starting with Concred!! Highest recommendation possible!! read more

SCAM DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE! They are completely unprofessional and don't tell you that they only work for a year when they sign you up. They tell you that you pay per delete and you expect them to do that but when the year expires and they haven't done their job THEY JUST STOP WORKING when you call and ask whats going on they say "IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT YOU PAID FOR" STEPHANIE LUNA ignores emails and the older lady there I think she is the owner CLAUDIA JAWHER or TERRI GARCIA is extremely rude and does not care about CUSTOMERS. How hard is it to return a phone call or email to a paying customer? BEWARE! Save your money and just pay off your debt., I paid thousands and got no where! Thanks Concred I will be fine tuning and updating my review with whatever action the attorney general decides to take against the illegitimate company that has been operating under a suspended corporation. See sos screen shot above. 5/5 update The owner has read the review and threatened to sue me if I did not "rephrase" it because apparently letting others know that they don't return phone calls or emails is a defamation of character. To that I say, I love America and the first amendment. 5/6 update All of a sudden someone wants to rate concred with 5 stars just one day after the owner threatened me over my review. Please note how new Mr. Eddie's account is and how he only has one review.... Concred. Nice try but we all know it's a fake account made by the business to raise their stars. I've already notified yelp. 5/30 I'm happy yelp deleted the last review! The attorney general has sent me notice that they are looking into the company last week... read more

They did a good job helping remove incorrect information from all 3 reports. You definitely have to do your part, yet the results are worth it. I put my complete faith and credit in the hands of Concred, and I can say it wasn't the easiest journey, but Stephanie & Claudia were there to save me from somee fraud that was affecting my credit. They lead me step by step (yes, the customer has to do some work too) through the process and today finally I saw the results Concred promised. I have recommended then to family and friends knowing they too would get the same professional treatment. Ladies, thank you from the TOP of my new and improved credit score! read more

Teri is one of a kind. Teri is an amazing credit analyst. Teri not only talks the talk, she walks it. I know it sounds like I am putting her on a pedestal, but I don't know how else to tell you she's the best you'll ever get. Teri helped me understand FICO scores, how they work, and why is important to manage them. In less than 3 months, Teri helped raise my credit scores by 60 points. Teri wrote to all 3 credit bureaus and corrected errors I didn't know I had. Teri eliminated duplicates and erroneous accounts, and even worked with collectors and vendors to reconcile and settle open balances. Long story short, I owe her. I am now a proud entrepreneur, a philanthropist, an active member of my community. I couldn't have done it without her. Teri really steered me in the right direction, and she can do the same for you. Lastly, if you think this is all smoke, I challenge you to give her a call and see for yourself what a remarkable credit analyst she is. read more

Teri Garcia, I just wanted to THANK you for everything you helped me with on my credit many moons ago right after my divorce. I'm in the process or relocating from Highland MI to San Antonio TX and I'm in the pre-approval process for a house and when they ran my credit score I was up over 800!!!!!!! I wouldn't have got there without your help so I wanted to let you know that :) I may still play in a classic rock band, but OMG you're the rock star NOT me!!!! Thanks again Teri read more
