Go ahead, use their own search engine to look. Also there is a misleading link that states, "Want Help with Your Credit? A free budget and credit counseling session could be the answer." This is an outright lie. You click the link, sign up, and are contacted by one of their representatives who sends you documents to sign. In these documents you agree to pay various amounts on certain dates, all before even speaking with anyone. And if you actually read through the documents, you learn that they are a DBA and actually are acting as a liaison for credit collection.

I went to Xpress Credit because I work in Glendale and I believed they would help me. I gave them $1500 of my hard earned money in increments of $250 for 6 months. In six months I never got an update on my credit. I joined Privacy Guard per their request to monitor my credit. Xpress Credit never returned my calls. I tried to communicate with them to just see where they were on my file but never got any replies. In six months my credit dropped 50 points much of which is my being buried in collections but Xpress didn't help me to raise my credit at all. I have severe financial burdens and asked them to not deposit my checks before their due dates but every time my checks were deposited early causing me to be overdrawn endlessly. I received a very nasty text message from Dion, Glendale Office saying all I cared about was the money I was paying Xpress Credit. That is true but I needed to know where my money was going. Dion also stated in his text message he didn't want my file anymore and I could have a full refund. Refund? Never happened! And they cashed my check dated August 15th on July 31st! ! Obviously, all Xpress Credit cares about is the money because they cashed all of my checks before they were due. Overall, I am hurt and very disappointed in Xpress Credit. By no means am I perfect and according to one Xpress Credit employee, "I have the worst credit collections they have ever seen"!!!! So help me Xpress Credit! !! Nope, just take $1500 from me and don't fix my credit!!! My scores are 50 points lower than when I started!!! Please be careful before joining Xpress Credit. Ask a lot of questions and make sure that you get the services they promise for your money.
