I can't believe that I became a victim of identity theft. I didn't think that this could happen to me. I was hopeless with no direction about this until I found out about Credit Law Solutions. Everything was on hold until I could find someone to help me erase these stains on my credit that I didn't even do! My friend referred me to them because they had just helped him fix his credit so he could get his loan. So I made the call and got really good advice in general about credit building, and they assured me that my credit would be back up shortly. Wow, it's hard to believe that this happens really fast. This company moves fast and started knocking off negative items on my credit report within weeks. With the credit knowledge and tips they gave me I was also able to bump my score up a bit . Now keep in mind four years ago my score was over 720 and I was able to get my way with car rates, credits cards, and even buying my house at a super low interest rate. I can tell you it's not the same with a 615 score. When my lease was up, I tried going back to the dealership to purchase my new car and they tried getting me with a higher interest loan. Everyone I spoke with was really helpful and polite. Then a month in, I started receiving good responses and my score started climbing back. My score in November was 615. Today my score has jumped a full 100+ points up! Yes, that means today my score is right back to where I was at prior to this whole ordeal and get this, my credit is still going up! I called to let them know hoe unsatisfied I was with my Case Manager never answered the phone and will keep sending the same few inquiries as "Satisfactory" but nothing else and I have spend over $700 for really just few inquiries. Which I explicitly told Steve I tried already. At which point he state he'll take them to court. The only thing they sent out was a letter to lender asking them to double check the payment. These guys need to stop this scam and focus on a business that will bring positivity to this world. Wasted 499.99 and 99 a month for 6 months. When, I first came to Credit Law Solutions my credit score was in the mid 500's. Due to divorce, and old medical bills. They were able to remove all of the derogatory items on my credit report. Unfortunately I have to write this review for the clients I have referred to Credit Law. Had account for 12 months. Paid $1500 total with very little difference in score, about 15 points. My main complaint however is their customer service. No contact at all (not email, phone, text, even mail) for over a year from their company except their monthly fee on your bank statement each month to remind you of their existence. I called several times and was always told my agent Ria C. was on another call but I never heard back in over a year. Since June 1, 2013, I have been a client of CREDIT LAW SOLUTIONS in Canoga Park CA. My Credit report was a mess, so I looked for help. Derek Boyd was giving me the good talk. Emails with promises how they could and would fix my credit in less than six months. As long as I did not ask too many questions they seemed oh so accommodating. It would be just a matter of time till my credit was cleared and yes, just to be patient. Three to six month the most it would take. Six months have passed, $1500 later and my credit report is considerably worse than when we started. Backwards, not forwards. OMG, what have I done?
