This company is a scam. When I talked to Zenith Financial Group for a couple of times, at first they said based on my financial situation there is a good chance to pay close to nothing for my debt. Then they are going to fix my credit. They also said that we are going to negotiate on your behalf, but you have the right to accept or decline the offer you receive from the credit companies. If you don't accept the settlement our team is going back to the credit company and renegotiation the settlement. After I signed the contract, I paid them the first payment, and they started the process. After a couple of months, they emailed me a settlement for one of my credit cards which were half of the amount I owed the credit company. When I said this is not acceptable, they said it is what it is and I have no choice other than paying the credit company and when I mentioned because of my situation (receiving social security benefit) I have no money to pay, they said that's your problem and we can't do anything else. One month later they sent me another settlement with a similar reduction and I told the debt again that I can't pay because I have no money to pay and declined the settlement. They said nothing and I didn't hear anything from them for a couple of months other than cashing the check that I gave them for doing the process. They charged me $3,500 for fixing my credit debt and credit score, which by the way I had to borrow from my family. When I followed up with them, and ask them why you didn't send me any result, they said we stopped working on your other credit cards because you didn't accept the previous settlement. I told them if you stopped my case why you continue to charge me, and they said that's because you had a contract with us and you have to pay. Long story short, I ended up paying their fee without them doing anything for me. They might be good at clearing a couple of late payments but they are not definitely a good company to work for more than that. My advice to whoever wants to work with them is that save the money you want to pay Zenith Financial Group for yourself and don't pay them a penny. When you can't pay your credit debt, credit companies will call you after a while and they offer you a much better settlement than what they promise that they can get for you. You just need to directly refuse their first couple of offers and they lower your debt themselves. read more

After many years working and building a good credit score and history, I bought a house. I applied for a mortgage and got accepted at almost $4500/month. Before I moved into my new house, I decided to have it renovated. I changed many things in the house: I moved walls, changed lighting, changed the kitchen completely -- new cabinet and countertops and and so on -- replaced the door with a new one, changed the garage gate, isolated the pool, changed the garden and planted new trees and flowers, painted all the walls, changed the floor carpets, etc. Well..., I thought I could afford it. Therefore, I opted to pay with my credit cards. I applied for couple of new credit cards and they were zero interest for the first year. I used the first one with credit limit of $25,000, the second with $16,500, and the third with $14,000. I was using them one by one and I didn't notice how much I was spending. I was so excited with my new house and I absolutely wanted to have the best one. So, I didn't stop spending on it. Also, I bought some new furniture, as well. Guess what? I applied for another credit card for that! After a couple of months the renovation was done, and I was calculating how much I spent on it. Wow! After paying a couple of months on my debts, I saw I couldn't afford to pay my credit cards back. I was truly frustrated and had no idea what I could do. On the other hand, I didn't want to lose my dream home. A friend of mine had some information about Zenith Financial Group. He found it on Yelp. So, I called them and had a meeting with Mr. Mani Hatami. He explained that he could help with my problem. He helped me get a loan and reduced my credit card interest from 20% to a loan with only 8%! I paid off my debts and started to pay only the one loan. My credit was fixed and I now have just one loan to pay monthly. He knows exactly what to say to reel you in, promising the world and making you think your credit issues are about to disappear. But once he gets his hands on your money, he's gone. No results, no communication, nothing but excuses (if you're lucky enough to even hear from him again). I had to involve a lawyer just to try and recover my money, and I'm far from the only one. A simple search will show you that he's been dragged to small claims court countless times for scamming people in the same way--and he loses every single time. If you take a look at his reviews, it's clear he's manipulating the system. For every two bad reviews, there's a conveniently placed "good" review to keep his rating above 4 stars. Those glowing reviews? Total fakes. He responds quickly to those but ignores anyone with a legitimate complaint. It's all part of the scam to lure in unsuspecting clients. It gets worse: I found out that his so-called "certification" came from an online class that costs just $50 and takes only two hours to complete! It's laughable--just check out the wall diplomas in his office, all printed in the same blue ink. He acts as if he's a legitimate attorney representing clients, but it's a complete joke. Many people, including myself, have reported the same shady practices. Once you catch him in a lie, good luck getting a callback or any email response. My advice? If you haven't paid him yet, RUN and don't look back. If you've already been burned, don't waste your energy chasing him. Just take him to court, and you'll likely get your money back like so many others have. He's counting on people giving up, but he doesn't win when it goes to court. Did this ever happen to you when you wake up one morning and you realize you have lived your life completely wrong? well that happened to me. Twice, first time was very personal I'm not gonna get into details of that but the second time was financial. And honestly I came to that realization the wrong way. Here's how.. I have sister that always care and I'm there whenever she needs me. She made decision to finance a new car and asked for my help. They had promised me that my score will improve in about 3-4 months and in the meantime had warned me against checking my credit score myself. After 7 months and after collecting close to $2000 from me, they refuse to provide me with my credit score and explain to me what work or progress has been made on my case. I, therefore, decided to finally check my score from a reliable service company and it revealed that my credit score had not significantly increased at all. I have been searching for other credit repair companies and discovered that most of them do not take any money upfront and will only receive payments from you once they show proof of raising your credit score.
