Be careful. Always ask for written agreements especially with payment. Make sure no additional payment or hidden fees after the agreement. I was very stress bec of the debt, I just agreed and hoped but it failed. The law office failed my hope and debt. Wow, its amazing that one person who works in the office could ruin your day.I was filling up my paperwork to apply for bankruptcy. There were some questions that I don't know the answer. I called and I was greeted by the rudest person in the office. She told me to write down all my questions before calling. Wow, this is not my first time filing for bankruptcy.
