I have worked with the Entertainment Division who has always taken care of our client needs but the Glendale Branch I do not recommend. I had accounts transferred there and they never gave us access to basic banking. I have no bank statements for the past 2 years. I was patient and requested these items, they never delivered. I submitted information to open a bank account, I was told it was "under review" come to find out a month later nothing had been submitted. The banker there was dishonest to me and had no conscience about the her handling of the matter. I copied Managers during this time but no one ever spoke up, it must be a culture in the office. I'm happy to report I'm leaving this branch. I hope other customers don't experience the same.
