And from that day, I haven't had to worry about fighting for an apt for an acute visit and adequate time with our physician. I also have peace of mind. Because of a monthly membership fee, I can get as many appointments with Dr. Watson as needed without paying more for every appointment. As new Mom, and mother of a preemie, my daughter needed extra care. My family and I are members of Concord Family Tree healthcare system. A system which has wonderful physicians and expert care. The main problem we have with this system of healthcare is that from a health management perspective, it is hard for Moms. Acute visits are rarely available day of. Also, I don't have 10 minutes available to navigate through the automated telephone system when my child is sick. Breakthrough Pediatrics lets me text my doctor! For the modern mom, this is a must. Breakthrough Pediatrics also has generic Rx's on hand. So for my daughter's ear infection, I don't have to also visit a pharmacy to pick up her antibiotics!
