And can get to Bethpage to deliver after in 45 minutes. Courier only picked up at 8:25 am. He never arrived in Bethpage. As of 10:30 am he didn't arrive yet. I called to check and was yelled at. I waited all day and then suddenly got a notification that the delivery driver "attempted" to make a delivery and missed me. This was a total lie and he didn't even make the effort nor attempt to do his job (which he's paid to do). I had to go to the shipping center myself to pick up my package. What's the point of paying for express shipping and delivery if FedEx can't hold up their end of a deal? Oh and coincidentally, all the truck drivers were still on their route making deliveries when I went to the shipping center at 630pm - all except one driver. Guess which driver came in early so he could go home earlier? The guy who was supposed to deliver my package. My guess is this driver (Alex) decided to screw everyone over so he could finish work early and check out. The incompetence is astounding.
